The room was clean, spacious and quiet with a bath and shower.
The breakfast was very good- full English in particular was very tasty.
The hosts were friendly and helpful.
Car parking was provided at the front of the property.
Location was excellent- only 2 minutes walk from the beach.
Whilst the breakfast was very good I'd have liked to eat earlier- we were given a choice of 8.30am and 9.15am. At home I normally have breakfast around 7.15am and I'd have liked to have breakfast at say 8am.

The Sandhaven B&B is located in a quiet part of Swanage within easy walking distance to the town centre. Our accommodation was a decent sized room with a comfortable bed and strong Wi-fi signal. Our hosts John and Martine made us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. The choices at breakfast were varied and the Full English Breakfast was excellent. We would have no hesitation to stay at the Sandhaven again when visiting Swanage in the future.
Nothing.

The property was clean and comfortable, smelled really fresh. Our room was compact but fully functional, as described on the booking.
Breakfast was delicious and the perfect portion sizes.

We will definitely stay again in the future.

The room was lovely. Communal lounge was comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious!
The bathroom is dated and could do with upgrading. Especially the shower and lighting. Cold in there because of no heating and the door was wobbly!

Loved our breakfasts. The room was great and location was fine - close to the beach and not far to walk into town. Martine and John were keen to make sure everything was perfect for us. Nice also to have a lounge to hang out in, though we didn't use it this time. Will very much look forward to going again. Thank you Martine and John.
Wasn't so keen on the bathroom as bath had sloping ceiling, and floor had step in the middle. I felt a little unstable in there. The bath water was also a little cold at times, however it was all just fine and we didn't feel it necessary to say anything.

Hosts were excellent as was the breakfast.
No negatives

Location and friendly staff
Had the feeling of a hostel, the shower was for very very short people only, long wait for hot water, sticky breakfast tables.
Compared with the many other places we have stayed in Swanage this didn't seem value for money

First of all, when we got there we were amazed at how close the beach was. Breakfast was amazing every day and Martine and John were so lovely. We got engaged whilst we were there at the beach one evening and we mentioned it to Martine and the next morning for breakfast she had put confetti hearts all over our table! Things like that just made it for us. And we'd definitely be going back next year :).

Great hospitality, great breakfast and close to the beach. Parking was problematic with few spaces available. Room was clean and well presented, slightly small for us so would book a larger room next visit. Very nice friendly service throughout our stay.
As above.
