Excellent location with ample parking on-site. The staff were very helpful and friendly through my stay from the point of checking in and leaving the following morning. I requested an email receipt which was sent 20 minutes after departing. This is somewhere I will be staying when on business in the area moving forward.
The menu is a generic menu which unfortunately isn't seasonal. Too many dishes on the menu would be more suitable to Autumn/Winter and as last week was the hottest so far this year I chose not to eat at the hotel and went over the road to Piccolinos.

Location ideal for an early flight from Heathrow.

Hotel was great. Well placed for our visit to Windsor Castle for the St George's Day Parade. We also managed a little walk to the Cascades in Windsor Great Park.
Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to do much else due to spending too much time shopping in Bracknell earlier.
The bar staff popped our food order in quickly - just beating the kitchen closing. The meal was lovely. Definitely nothing like the awful lunch we had at TGIF earlier.
The room was bigger than expected and we made use of the iron and ironing board...very useful. TV available. Enough plugs as well. The bathroom was huge. Plenty of hot water.
We would definitely use the hotel again.
The only reason I'm not giving a 10 is because the air con unit randomly came on and off through out the night. Maybe temperature related but to be honest, it wasn't much use...the window worked far better.

Easy to find, well laid out, happy friendly staff. Busy fun restaurant and the room was well equipped and clean.
Room layout is slight strange meaning the single bed is in the middle of the room but they have made it work. Not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.

location, staff, the breakfast!!!
unfortunately there is a strong ‘bad smell of toilets’ in all the ground floor. so it is hard to stay downstairs. I didn’t have the courage to mention…as it was sooo strong

Very friendly staff, spacious room, great (children’s) menu and good location for Windsor Park.
Decoration is a bit old-fashioned, but we didn’t mind really!

Value for money, clean. Friendly staff. Large room.
Bed was too firm for my liking. Corridors smelt.

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by friendly & helpful staff! I was very impressed by the bar & restaurant facilities at first sight and definitely wasn't disappointed when we had our evening meal or breakfasts.
Our room was very cosy & was glad of the hot shower & very comfortable bed at the end of our long journey down. Plenty of space to hang & store clothes & the bathroom was a good size.
The location was perfect for our trip & situated right next to the beautiful lake, can't wait for our next visit!!

The room was so shabby and in dire need of complete renovation. Sadly it was not clean either although the bedding laundry was perfect.

it was local to where we were going
noisy, staff too busy to help, no lift, not very welcoming.

Room was very good! Spacious, cozy, and the bed was very big. Bathroom was amazing with a very spacious bath and lovely shower.
Breakfast was amazing! Plenty of options: Cereals, hot breakfast, fresh pastries and plenty of tea, coffee, and juices.
Lunch and Dinner were also amazing! Great food overall and friendly service!
Floor boards outside of the rooms were very creaky and therefore made quite a bit of noise when other guests walked past our room door etc.
No room service. Restaurant downstairs is great but room service for lunch would have been appreciated.

Great Location for Wentworth & The Golf Courses in the area good parking available, good restaurants nearby relaxed atmosphere excellent breakfast and value for money
Hotel rooms are a bit dated and like may of this format could do with an overhaul / refresh with better decor better quality TV maybe a larger TV as they are not that expensive anymore just a good old clean up would make it a lot more appealing

The location and practicality was ideal, as we ended the Ascot racecourse and it was virtually round the corner. The bed was generally quite comfortable and behind the hotel was Virginia Water, which was stunning.
The food in the restaurant was generally okay but certainly wasn’t worth the prices charged.
Upon arrival we were met with an extremely rude member of staff at the desk, who was more irritated that we’d interrupted his iced coffee break I think!! When we asked if we were able to check in early he stated “Well only if the rooms are ready” not a great first impression!!
It then got worse. The standard of the room was terrible. The toilet seat was hanging off of the toilet, the shower rail fell down when my Partner and I exited the shower.
There was plaster coming away from the walls and the electric box was exposed. The general health and safety of the room needs some serious attention. We were unable to open the windows for air, the corridors were all unnecessarily hot and stuffy, all heaters were switched on, on a hot day in May!
I would not recommend and certainly wouldn’t say it was worth £130 a night!

The location right on Virginia Water is of course, beautiful.
Unfortunately the only redeeming feature of the hotel was its location.
The room was very tired and rather cold, even when we tried to put on the heating.
The curtain tie backs and rails were falling out of the wall.
The bed was a leather style bed but all the leather was ripped and torn and looked grubby and tired. The bed was also rock solid and incredibly uncomfortable.
There was a gap of over an inch at the bottom of the door, meaning we could see and hear everything in the hallway!
The floorboards out in the hall were very creaky and we could unfortunately hear people walking on these, with very loud thuds and accompanying squeaks, late in to the night (~0100) and from about 0600 each morning. We could also hear the door down to the reception repeatedly slamming itself shut…. All night and from the early hours each day too. This was of course accompanied by the delightful floorboards.
Some of the staff in the bar and the hotel area were really lovely and helpful, however the manager was really standoffish and uncomfortable to engage with.
All round a really disappointing stay that left us feeling really shattered when we had a nice event to attend in the area. Extra disappointing when you consider that it’s not exactly cheap to stay here either! Definitely won’t be returning and will be advising others against staying.

Staff were OK. Meal in bar was surprisingly good.
Room was noisy. Bed not particularly comfortable. Poor WiFi. Shower controls were not good - could either freeze or be scalded.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and turned our room around early to ensure we could check in prior to leaving for a wedding. One member of staff even put new (and damn near perfect) holes in my belt as we discovered it was far too large. Location was perfect, 1 mile from the wedding venue.
We only had one set of towels for our twin room and being out of hours when we arrived back we had no one to ask to get another set. We put this down to the speedy turn around of the room.

Proximity to Coworth Park
Not ideal if you’re a light sleeper and your room is on the main road
