Situato in una zona un po’ periferica, la sera non c’era molto e quel che c’era era chiuso. Per fortuna, l’ottimo ristorante adiacente all’hotel ha risolto almeno la cena

Good location on Todd Mall, comfy beds.

Good location, secure, good size room, comfortable beds, good hot water. Toiletries were great, on-site restaurant was good for dinner.

Bathroom outdated, taps didn’t have temperature marking (hot or cold), kettle was dirty. Breakfast standard, closed early and not the friendliest staff.

Dringend renovieren

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sehr vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Shopping, Bars, Cafés, Restaurants..... Es gibt einen großen Balkon zur Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und das Bett bequem und für die Lage trotzdem ruhig. Hatte ein Zimmer in der Mitte des Hotels. Habe mich im Hotel immer sicher gefühlt. Zur Zeit wird die ganze Außenfassade gestrichen, bis Ende Juli.

Naja, es war alles abgenutzt bis heruntergekommen. Bad und Teppiche müssen dringend erneuert werden. Zimmertür sah aus als ob sie aufgebrochen werden sollte. Die Balkontür konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Der Lift ist eine Katastrophe, die Treppenhäuser schmuddelig. Durch die Malerarbeiten kommt es zu Störungen und dem Gast werden keinerlei Vergünstigungen gegeben, weder Preisnachlass, Gutscheine, kleine Präsente.....nichts! Ich bin nicht sicher ob ich nochmal hier buchen würde.

We were very happy staying at this hotel. Food at their restaurant was excellent.

I liked the fact that our car was safely parked in the hotel's carpark underground that could only be assessed by people staying at the hotel. Also that we could go to the restaurant without going out onto the street in the evening.

Because we stayed at the hotel at the start of our hike and then at the end our first room was very dated and definitely needs updating. Our second room was nicer.

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage space. Room to move around in. Convenient location.

The hotel-wide fire alarm requiring room evacuation that evening was a bit of an inconvenience but I assume it was not a common occurance.

I enjoy the quietness and the friendly reception staff. The restaurant pizzas are wonderful!

The reception staff are very polite, friendly and obliging. They go beyond to meet the guest needs. Well done to this hotel's reception staff!

Comfortable but needs a mop

Good location and room was big and suitable for what I needed.

It was cold, and with the tiled floors, we needed to use the heater, but they were dirty. They had been vacuum or swept but not mopped as our feet were black after taking our socks off and walking around.

Wasn’t value for money but at least the place was clean enough.

Happened to be nice and quiet. Staff on check in were nice. Room was clean enough.

Sliding door kept jamming, so was hard to close. Car parks are too small and hard to get a hilux into and out off depending on available parks.

Good for short stay

Room was actually quite decent and very large. Good shower. Also like that they left milk in fridge for coffee/tea.

Common areas are pretty shabby. Lots of noise from outside all through the night - god knows what was going on.

Was a great place to stay even with the little hiccups

Location was great close to all attractions and the entertainment in the area was excellent. Also the security on site was great we all felt safe during out time there.

I was a little disappointed in the with the criters we found in our frigde and cralling around the complex. Also the 6am alarm going off on Saturday moring was a bit dissapointing as we weren't notified of the issue?

pictures online missleading. old, not clean. way to expensive for what you get.

friendly and helpfull staff. clise to the city. fridge in the room.

pictures of the hotel are misleading. 90% of the building looks 30-40 years old. our room was located there. dark room. lots of black hair on the white blankets. fridge very loud. floorpannel in the bathroom rotten. looked inviting for insects. we were right. in the morning a carkroach was running under our bed.

Clean room, poor service

clean rooms.

bathroom light wasn’t working. The bathroom door opened onto the toilet so had to sit sideways with the door ajar for some light! The room has no forks to eat meals taken back to the room. Front desk also didn’t have any. The staff at front desk had a huge whinge to me about international guests and how difficult they were being, while I was trying to check in get my keys!

Unimpressed

Clean, comfortable, secure. The staff was pleasant.

This is a tired facility in a tired town. They put us in a room with one bed; we had booked a room with two. The were quick to move us. New room had two non-working lights and no phone to contact the front desk (we were on the fourth floor). The lift had a very unpleasant odor. Whether due to the pandemic or summer break, many stores and eateries in the area were shuttered. Both the hotel and city had a 'ghost town' feel.
