Didn’t know breakfast was an option.
Walked to the Royal Flying Doctor Museum that was close and excellent.
Verbal information about where to get dinner when checking in. More information for single older females re safety and places to eat.

Convenient location close to shops. There was a BBQ on the property.
Outdoors needed a tidy up. Tap in bathroom was stiff and very noisy.

We were not happy that 3 over 70's hade to carry luggage up stairs.

We really liked the location. The hotel proprietors were very pleasant and tried to be helpful. Hotel needed upgrading. It was becoming worn.

Location was convenient and the security gates
The rooms were not cleaned properly. Bugs crawling all over the floor. Main light didn’t work so had to turn on all the lights that were on the bed head. Couldn’t sleep properly because bugs were EVERYWHERE. Than the next morning house keeping budge in only to take rubbish out but totally overlooked the fact that there were bugs EVERYWHERE

The location.
There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and there was a mouse in the room.

The receptionist didn't want me to pay later and forced me to pay now. Sad room and lack of luminosity, dirty and broken swimming pool. Location not good as roads are dangerous to cross as fast moving vehicles and no traffic light for safety.

Quiet, great location.
Only superficially clean. Had a toaster but no plates, knife, tea towel, dish cloth. Advertised restaurant but hasn't been open for 3 yrs.

Kira on reception was excellent assisting with all my needs. Enjoyed the balcony room which allowed me to have the curtain open. Loved that they had a special makeup face washer.
Downstairs rooms, only had one block out curtains which meant when it was opened everyone could see you sitting on the bed.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was reasonably close to the amenities of the town. The hotel had a pool but we didn't use it.
I guess due to staff shortages the hotel restaurant wasn't open which was a minor inconvenience as we found other places to eat. The town itself was very quiet and not many things were open.

Being able to store our luggage. We returned to this hotel for the night in order to be dropped of at the hotel by bus, collect our stored luggage, replenish supplies and be picked up the following morning by a taxi to be transported to our hire car location.
Staff not reading my message alerting them to my expected arrival time and my needs. On arrival our paperwork had been pushed aside as a no show, our stored luggage rushed at us and a far from suitable room provided. Much shabbier, and one with a non functioning refrigerator. Good news is that on calling the after hours number a replacement refrigerator was delivered and an apology was made regarding our unread message.

Location was perfect. The hotel is tired and in need of maintenance. The pool was fantastic. A microwave was supplied on request as well as crockery. We were able to self cater when we chose to do so.
The rooms felt tired yet the air conditioning was perfect as was the bathroom. There were small amounts of disturbing outside noises at times - late into the night.

It is centrally located. Very close to shops and restaurants. Great value for money.
The beds are not comfy. If you are looking for cheap accommodation Elkira is a great place.
