Great value for money, short distance from airport, great breakfast and bus to the airport

Small room, but great value for the money for family of 4. Breakfast is great, free bus service to the airport is pleasant surprise, as we had to hail a cab to get to the hotel from the airport. Clean rooms, good shower and very comfy beds. My kids loved bunk bed! :)

For that value - we cannot complain. Room is a bit small, but for us it didn't matter much, as we only stayed one night.

Hotelli oli rempattu ja ylitti odotukseni!

Aamiainen oli erittäin monipuolinen. Erityisen isot pisteet siitä, että aamiainen oli tarjolla jo aikaisin aamulla! Upeaa!

Shuttle-service lentokentältä hotelliin kyllä surkea. 1) lentokentällä ei shuttlepysäkin sijaintia ollut selvästi merkitty. 2) Shuttle illasta 30 minuutin välein. 3) Edellisen hotellin edustalla oltiin parkissa melkein 10 minuttia "aikataulun" mukaisesti. Surkeaa! Toisaalta myöskin taksipalvelut Helsingin kentällä niin surkeat, että sieltäkään ei apua viitsinyt lähteä hakemaan.

It’s a good choice for next morning flights. Make time to enjoy the superb breakfast

Proximity to airport, massive choice at breakfast buffet even at 5-6 am. The room was very spacious (family room, 2 occupants). Complimentary shuttle bus to airport, goes every 20 minutes at weekend, brilliant

The lady didn’t find the reservation immediately because I hadn’t given my first name. Hence a few nervous moments but quickly resolved. Very high up in the sky, hence can’t open windows which isn’t fab but then, no-one wants accidents Stuff in shop is expensive. It was a long walk to the supermarket for drinks and snacks; most people would not fancy/impractical.

Good modern and very functional bathroom with satisfyingly high pressure shower Convenient and punctual complimentary airport shuttle bus

No phone in the room so had to keep going down to reception to try and resolve a problem with the tv Lack lustre (though plentiful) breakfast

Heerlijke bedden en lekkere douche. Absoluut een aanrader om te overnachten als tussenstop.

Ramen kunnen niet open waardoor het erg warm en benauwd was met 4 personen op 1 kamer.

Familienorientiert und gute Flughafen Anbindung

Frühes Frühstück ab 4 Uhr ist perfekt, wenn früh zum Flughafen muss. Dazu auch super, das kostenlose Shuttle zum und vom Flughafen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und genug Platz für uns 2 Erw. und 2 kleine Kinder. Alles sehr familienorientiert und kindergerecht...Mikrowelle auf jedem Flur, Spielzimmer im Keller...

Beim Check-In am Nachmittag war die Rezeption lediglich mit einer Person besetzt und es hat sich eine Schlange gebildet. Hier würde ich schauen, dass zu Hauptzeiten mehr Personal da ist.

The restaurant for dinner took an exceptionally long time to cook our food despite only having a few tables to serve. Even then they forgot part of my order.

Excellent choice for an overnight by the airport.

staff were very helpful and polite. Free coffee (very tasty) in the lobby. Free transfer to and from the airport practically 24 hours every half an hour.

The safe in my room 303 was not working and I was moved to another room 306 with a functioning safe. Before this I was transferred to room 304 which did not have a safe. In 306 there was no light bulb in the spot above the working space. These are minor things, but since you ask, I wrote them.

Cozy stay close to airport

Cozy, clean rooms. Complimentary shuttle from/to airport beyond the timings mentioned in the description. Good spread of early breakfast (cold) from 04:00 to 06:00. Sauna. Kind and responsive staff.

No guidance for shuttle from the airport (had to text and call the hotel). Limited late night food options.

Ok for an overnight stay at the airport, but poor (yet expensive) evening service in the restaurant

Breakfast was certainly the highlight of our stay in the hotel - the variety of things to choose from was great. Otherwise the hotel is quite ok for an overnight stay at the airport but nothing more than that.

While the breakfast was great, the dinner was on the opposite side of the scale. Inattentive staff, problems with the order, waiting time and last but not least the mediocre quality of the food certainly do not match the price. Strange temperature control system making it difficult to sleep if you are used to having fresh air in the night.
