We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely return,

Our room was wonderful and had everything we could possibly need, slippers, robe, heated bathroom floors, super comfortable beds and warm doonas. The breakfast room was incredible with views over the water area, and one of the most interesting and delicious selections we have ever seen. Will definitely be back!

Near perfect

Good hotel, close to all main sites. Full and great service.

I would have given a perfect 10 if it was not for the last night where a youth party was held in the event space Bank in front of the hotel. Was not able to sleep until 3am because of the noise.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! Clean rooms, excellent WIFI. Location is ideal for sightseeing in Helsinki.

I liked everything about this hotel, no complaints or negative impressions at all.

港と非常に近く、船に乗る場合は便利な立地。また静かで過ごしやすい。施設自体は新しくないが、清潔に保たれている。スタッフも柔軟に対応してくれる。

周りにスーパーやコンビニなどがなく、ヘルシンキ中央駅からは少し離れている。

Great rooms, great service, great location

Excellent service, moved our room to accommodate a request. Provided a late check out. Summoned a taxi when needed. Rooms were immaculate and spacious - nice design

Stairs in lobby are a bit awkward.

perfect location to explore the city

Good size room. The location was ideal for exploring the City. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes -well presented. It is right by the Harbour where you can investigate the archipelago.

Breakfast is served in an older part of the Hotel and is upstairs. If a guest was wheelchair bound I do not know how they would get there as I couldn't see any lift system.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel in an excel end location. But not the most accessible hotel.

Very stylish hotel and rooms. excellent location, right next to docks and esplanade and only 10 mins walk from the central train station. exclusive feel to the place-smart and cosy. The use of niche perfumery as toiletries (we had Bal D’Afrique by Byredo) was a nice touch. breakfast was fantastic and smartly presented. A comfortable stay.

It wasn’t easy to use a child’s stroller because you have to use a separate door and lift to access reception and certain rooms. This hotel is probably better for able-bodied persons and adults. Despite requesting a room clean/freshen up our room wasn’t touched for three days, which was a shame.

Best hotel for location. Pity about the negatives.

Location excellent. Breakfast venue in beautiful period house overlooking the harbour and market . Breakfast buffet extremely good .

Restaurant not open on Sunday or Monday night. Bedroom attendants had lack of attention to detail, including not clearing used cups and glasses and replacement.

Oh this is an unexpected experience. I flew to Helsinki for one day. The hotel is unexpectedly comfortable, clean and in a great location. The bathroom is beyond praise. Great mattress and pillows. This is a great boutique hotel.

great hotel, perfect location

A lovely hotel in a great, central location, which is still remarkably peaceful. The rooms were very attractively decorated and perfectly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d very happily go back there.

One tiny quirk, the air conditioning display glowed brightly in the dark, and was right next to the bed, so we had to find something to cover it up with at night. Otherwise everything was great.
