The beachside villa location and room.

No room service, meals, kiosk or even vending machine.

Good no complaints.

The room didn't have ocean view, what i expected. but turned out good as we watching the fireworks from balcony facing the Mandurah cbd which ended up great.

I would have liked pool service. order a drink or a cocktail. But good family atmosphere.

I would have liked a change of bedding and towels as it was a long stay to prepare for my sons surgery

Bit noisy at night by passer-by people and that’s not the fault of Seashells. Just school holiday timing I guess!

Central place to stay for down south

Only stayed for the one night, had everything there that we needed

Would have liked to stay longer and next time I'll visit in summer.

Location is great with close sea views and walking access to nearby restaurants.

Somewhat overpriced, but location is quite good. Check renovation timetable before booking.

The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the washing machine and dryer. I liked the fact that there were luggage trolleys available for me to transport my luggage to my room. The sofa in the living room was stylish and comfortable and the room was very spacious.

I asked for the quietest room available and was allocated a room closest to the lift and above the main road entry to the hotel. That was really disappointing. The towels were surprisingly thin and worn for a hotel of this rating. The edge of the desk in my room needed sanding - I kept catching my clothes on it. I reported this to reception on checkout and it was noted. NB. There were notices on walls about renovations that I was not aware of when I booked. I was not impacted, but I suggest you check this before you confirm a booking.

Convenient location, great staff!

Excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and cafes on the boardwalk. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we were checking in outside of their regular hours and they explained the process and could not have been more accomodating. Thanks!

The bed was very hard and somewhat uncomfortable for us both. Would have loved if there were some block out blinds in the room as it got light pretty early. Also a gym on site would have been great, but not a huge issue.

Very nice stay….will be back.

Great location at Dolphin Quay. Easy walk to restaurants and a beach if you explore a little. Great views … big balcony. Some really great Restaurants around for Brekky, Lunch & Dinner - good family atmosphere. Some market shops also and a fun “All year” Christmas shop as well. Booze shop is close by too. Apartment was clean, decent sized bedroom and bathroom and lounge area was great. Good bed. Pool was nice. Fairly quiet at night and you can shut the bedroom door which was great.

BLOCK OUT BLINDS - desperately needed. Having your retinas burnt at 5.00am ….just not fun, even without a hangover. Lack of patio furniture for outside comfort, just basic tiny chairs and table. Car needed, as a bit of a hike into the heart of Mandurah, nice on a cooler, dry day but not so great in the rain or heat. Public transport is an issue in WA….it’s not something we do well. Not close to a local shop if you need milk or bread.
