Wonderful stay on the canals. Kids loved the jacuzzi

Ideally located on the canals and had daily sightings of 'resident' dolphins. Ample kayaks supplied for enjoying the canals. Kids loved the jacuzzi and spent hours enjoying the outdoor lifestyle. Short walk to the estuary with lovely walk/cycle paths. Plenty of seating space for indoor or outdoor settings.

Missing dinner plates and mugs which was reported to managing agent. Minimal pots and pans for cooking for large numbers. Had to hunt for the wifi password and couldn't find alarm codes to activate. Two double beds are actually queen sized so be aware if bringing your own bedding - fitted sheets. No bar fridge in bar area which would have been nice to have. Host is a managing agent and the business has emergency contact details for contacting on weekends - so know ahead if you will need to be in touch on weekends.

Comfortable, clean, big, quiet.

Everything was great for a family holiday, my family live down the road so we did all entertaining there, but they could fetch us by boat to go anywhere.

Not much. A few things but only because we are used to them at home. Eg TV was faulty.

Great Location. Good facilities. Quiet & clean. Spa & sauna are lovely additions. Overall a comfortable, relaxing stay with good communication from owner. 🙂

Water was not hot all the time. Too many instructions on cleaning before you leave when a cleaning fee is included in cost. 🤔

House is enormous and well equipped, perfect for a weekend with family.

The mosquitos! Maybe more things at the house to help combat the mozzies, coils and spray and a zapper, also the wheelbarrow that had been used to clean up the yard being upturned in the garden just looks messy. And power points were an issue in bedrooms

lovely canal weekend

immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped with a gorgeous canal setting.

kayaks and dock area in need of maintenance. would have preferred a more modern bbq. While it came with lovely bedding, we were told we had to bring our own, which took up a lot of uneccessary packing space.

Amazing unforgettable stay

Location location great property with everything to offer. Water front with great gardens and privacy. Dolphins, birds, lizards and fish. Had it all!

Perfect getaway place

Everything was absolutely great. Beautiful house with everything you need. A perfect getaway in a beautiful location. We loved the kayaks and the jetty on your door step. So peaceful and relaxing. Spa and sauna was an amazing treat. Could not fault anything. This was our second time staying in this beautiful home and we would come again. Defiantly our favourite place to get away and stay in.

The house is a little outdated very dark brick indoors still would stsy here again though.

Directions and checkin were easy. House was comfortable with all amenities. Extra things in kitchen such as salt and olive oil were appreciated.

There was a vast list of rules expressed in an unfriendly way. There was no usable wood for the fire. The spa did not heat up enough to be used. We requested early checkin but received no reply. We couldn't sit outside because there were so many mosquitoes!
