Location was as good as it’s gets, breakfast was basic but ok for a 3 star hotel, beds very comfortable and room was nice size we had a room on the third floor so didn’t hear the traffic at all, my only complaint would be the noise of the other doors slamming at night but overall a brilliant hotel for the price you cannot complain
Bathrooms need updating but they are still clean

The hotel is in a good location, not extremely easy to find by car, but convenient once you are there. The staff is nice and helpful, the whole place seems newly refurbished and it was clean. By any standards.
The breakfast is ok, but nothing special. The room we were in was, however, shocking. Clean, but with no amenities at all. No usb charging sockets, actually, no sockets near the beds at all. No chairs and no trash bin!!! No tea and coffe facilities, no bottled water. I did not even have a bedside table. Shocking.

The bed was super comfy, the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was nice!
The breakfast could have some eggs and bacon. The tourist tax wasn't possible to pay with card. The AC on the room wasn't working properly, made the room a but hot.

Could’ve had a mini fridge in the room, and that would’ve made it outstanding

The hotel and room was clean
Do not stay here unless you are here to enjoy the nightlife of Cascais. The hotel is situated above and opposite a nightclub, open daily until 6am!! Our room was the closest to the club, room 114, the constant thud and vibration felt like we were part of the club night. We had people smoking and mingling under our window. I disputed an additional charge on check in and feel this was given in spite. We ensured the window was shut but the music was so loud! My 4 year old kept querying why there were drums in the bedroom. Asleep just after 5am this ruined the consecutive days of our short holiday due to tiredness. We checked out immediately and the receptionist didn't appear surprised. Cannot believe this hotel charges a similar fee to some other 4 star hotels along the beachfront and cannot believe it's allowed to run as a hotel due to its proximity and with no sound proofing! I would have rated 0 but 1 is the least I can offer in ratings.

Could have been better with hair dryer in the rooms

Location and staff were nice .
Paper thin walls so you can hear everything. Night club/rooftop was partying hard until 5.00am so slept really bad. Not worth the money at all...

Well situated, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.
I could work in the lounge area as I had no view from my room.
Drinks for sale from the Kitchen was very convenient
My room window was accross the road from a club, so I had to close my window for the noise.
Little place to hang wet clothing after a beach day.

Location was perfect, right int he old town, close to the beach, restaurants and cafés.
The TV needed a new cable. It's right next to a bar so if you're a light sleeper, I would not recommend.

Breakfast was not so interesting. room was clean and air con was a plus because it was hot. Location was near all facilities
Television was in Portuguese. Not sure if there was an English channel. I was told that I had to pay 60 euros when I check out for the council. The place was ok

Staff was really helpful. Garage on the site. Location was great!
Some of the pillows were a bit full of dust mites what made my allergies go a bit crazy. But that could be just me. Everything else was great!!

Location was excellent - right near all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was perfect! Delicious fruit and pastries and meat and cheese. Espresso machine was so nice too! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the beds were very very comfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights in Aug 2022 (room + breakfast). The hotel is bang on in the centre of Cascais, in an amazing location. It is a nice hotel overall. The staff at the front desk have been ever so helpful, accomodating all our last minute requests: eg we had a wedding to attend and we needed an iron, a hairdryer, shoes polish, etc and the staff accomodated all that in no time. When I causally mentioned I wanted to visit Sintra, the lady at the front desk (Theresa) volunteered to prepare an itinerary for us. Honestly, the staff made our stay there a really lovely experience. Def a 5 stars service.
in fairness, breakfast should have offered more options - it was rather basic - however my son is allergic to dairy and they had soya milk available, so we managed just fine.

The location and value for money was spot on. Don't think you could find better for cheaper! The room itself is basic, but when you are spending most of your time outside, thats not a problem. The staff couldn't have been nicer and were really welcoming. There is someone there 24hrs which is great.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear a conversation taking place in the next room. There is a bit of street noise (rubbish collection etc.) going on in the early hours which is a bit annoying, but you'd get that anywhere in such a central location.
