It is a beautiful hotel. Elegant without being stuffy. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Delicious food. Comfortable bed.
Even though the bed was very comfortable, our room was very small.

Beautiful building, tastefully decorated. Staff were attentive, although my complaints were not really addressed or dealt with upon our departure
Rooms so small couldn’t even get to one side of the bed! No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but tea and coffee can be ordered to be brought to your room, however this was served in paper takeaway cups - cups and milk left in the room for two days, glasses not removed, drinking water in room not replenished. Booked through booking .com and breakfast not included. Was told could have had breakfast for same price if we had booked direct! So booking.com not the cheapest option for this hotel.Noise from schoolchildren in the morning, as rooms so small and extremely warm had to ventilate room with windows open hence the noise in the morning from the playground. An expensive stay for the service received.

We love the style of the hotel this was our 2nd time staying at the hotel and loved it, the staff are a credit too the establishment from checking in to the waitress and waiter that served us for dinner was exceptional 👌
As it was new years we decided too go with a bit of an upgrade rather than a standard double room so I booked one of the four poster bed rooms, but was slightly disappointed although it was a four poster bed as stated, for the price was nothing different too a standard room, I understand the quirkiness and style of the hotel might limit the size of the rooms, I probably wouldn't upgrade again but overall couldn't fault the staff or cleanliness of the hotel.

Breakfast was beautiful and well presented. Dining room very grand and added to the experience.
Very busy, which is always a good sign, although would’ve been good to know to book a table even for drinks as residents. Staff very attentive to our needs and we’re able to accommodate us with a table at short notice.

Location. Terrace. Staff. Meal in restaurant. Quiet room.
For price in September I thought room was very small (179 Twin no breakfast). No view. We were not looking for a big room but this really was small by any standard for the price.

The first impression was Anna - she was very warm and welcoming.
The decor was fantastic

Breakfast was not included in the price. Also checking out times for all accommodations in Ireland at 4pm and checkout at 11 is not value for money

This is a wonderful hotel. We needed to be close to Dublin Airport for our next-day flight and this was only a 20 minute drive. The room was so comfortable and the hotel itself is very charming. The restaurant is OUTSTANDING! We had dinner and breakfast and both were among the best meals of our trip.
I wish we had more time to explore Drogheda. It looked lovely as we drove through the town center.
