very poor experience, definitely won't recommend to others

Nothing really I liked which amazed me compare to other hotels in this price range.

behavior of staff (specially at reception), Smelly room with very old carpets (not even clean), sound coming from the bed (seems very old furniture), no stores nearby, have to take a long walk for small things, and breakfast menu is very poor (compare to my other stays in same price range i. e. Courtyard Marriott)

Szuper elhelyezkedés, nagyon kedves személyzet.

Változatos reggeli. A szállás egy 5-10 perces sétára van a tótól, ahol nagyon sok étterem található. A szobák jól felszereltek, kényelmesek, nagy térrel.

Good stay near the Herastrau Park

The hotel is located near a nice park. Reception friendly staff, I received an upgraded room. The room was nice, big bed, desk, WIFI is working good and does not need a password. Bathroom with tub, shampoo available. The window can be opened (there is a mosquito net): this was appreciated as the room was very warm and the air conditioning did not seem to work as good as I expected. Breakfast buffet with good choice and tasty food. Also I can recommend the restaurant for dinner that offers different specialties and the food is good quality.

I don't really like the bad tub I'd rather have a shower: it can be slippery when exiting! The plugs are on one side of the bed and not close to the bedside table.

Good business hotel

The staff in the bar was very professonal and extermely helpful and friendly. The gym is small but well equipped.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The selection at breakfast is good, but could be expanded.

We will be coming back!

Clean, elegant, enough room space, wonderful view, very comfortable. The terrace was wonderful and we listened to the birds singing, we felt we were in a forest. And we befriended 2 lovely pigeons. Such a great pleasure to be surrounded by nature and birds!

The smell in the room (it smelled like dust or plastic, I don’t know) was a very unpleasant smell; we had to let the windows open all the time.

VERY VERY BAD HOTEL AND EXPERIENCE

Nothing to like in the hotel except proximity to the park

From the moment of arrival till leaving the hotel was the worst experience i have ever been in a hotel, no people to help upon arrival with 4 luggages had to cary all luggages by myself and wife, hotel dark and doesnt work only with sensors and sometimes are late to turn on, the way to arrive to the room is so strange you have to go from elevator to another , housekeeping that came to room was smelling alcohol Ventilation not working so had to bring a fan rooms smell humid house keeping came change the bed sheets and didnt clean the bathrooms properly

Everything as it should be. Checked in by the highly capable, friendly and professional Trainee named Andra. Breakfast could have some more vegetarian friendly options but it still was alright. Impeccably clean facility. Thank you.

structure ok, annoying staff organization

Good position, good room.

Staff not good. They ask guarantee with credit card for orders in the room, and every morning, for 2 simple coffees in the room, they required immediate cash payment.. Very very disappointed and very very bad and bothersome.
