Superb
It's a nice apartment we got a much bigger one with a kitchen included and living room sort of
It was not 100 percent clean in some areas more vacuuming would be required such as in the corner of the room also the bed on one side was kinda broken and we didn't want to risk breaking it entirely but otherwise it's very nice I would say for the price

was ok overall
Was easy to collect but unprofessionally to leave the keys at the security gates
the rooms are hidden in a normal flats block

Very good
The room provides a lot of space
Don't have parking space and have to circle around the streets to find where to park! There is a lot parking places on the yard but they are reserved!

Fair deal
The room was pretty big , the shower was really nice and the bed was comfy
I expected to have a conversation with a receptionist, not a doorman. Unfortunately, I was very late, and I could put the blame on me . The bathroom door had some issues, and I couldn't open the balcony door. It was blocked somehow .There are no other facilities inside ,no water ,slippers, and no wi-fi password anywhere.

I wouldn’t stay the second time.
good location.
it is dirty. the furniture is obsolete. A lot of exposed wires in the room. Bed sheets were used. In the bathroom there are neither hairdryer, nor electric plugs.

Upsetting
I like the bedroom out of all the room, the bed was very comfortable, the aircon was heating up the room till 30 degrees in cold romnian winter this is what i needed most. The sheets on the bed were really nice and cosy, very pretty bedroom interior, nice lightning. Hotel has hot water. The room has a full bottle of shower gel and hand soap, not every hotel is so generous. Also had slippers!
I didnt like that the person who handed the kye over was someone like a security gard, there was no reception at the hotel, maybe due to our late arrival, but i would still expect to register at the desk and not on the street in -4 someone gives me the kye and tries to explain where to go in romanian, and i understand i am a forginer, but the receptionist/security guard could at least speak a bit of english if he works in a hotel already, i mean you expect to have tourists and people who dont speak romanian. When i failed to find the place and returned for more specifications, they guy was rude saying something like "tired already of these ukrainians", it upset me a lot. I didnt go to Romania and this exactly hotel because i wanted to, me like many other ukrainians are forced to transit due to airports are being bombarded in Ukraine. And i understand having ukrainians all over Romania is somewhat dissapointing for romanians now, but dude, you work in a hotel, dont speak any language, cant explain yourself, we talk in the street outside in freezing weather, last thing i want to hear is that you are tired from ukraininas. Very upsetting expirence. I have a wish not to just avoid this hotel in future, but also Romania itself. The other story is the room, i dont know why but the curtains of the window went down right into the shower and they got wet from anyone being showered. This is illogical. Plus the actual toilet was simply in the living room just behing the curtain! Wow what a design, the dining table is right next to the toilet behind the curtain... also the room had many locked shelves the kye of which we didnt have of course. Doesnt feel nice when something is locked in your room, occupies your space but you dont even know whats in there.
