Romantic stay in beautiful room, totally met our needs ie gym vs casino vs shopping - it was all so close.

Convenience of location, central and when venturing out for the day then easy to get safe, underground parking (free parking Nov deal - awesome!). All staff met were lovely and helpful. And the bed O M G, it was huge and so comfortable.

That we had to leave. Maybe just not being able to adjust the air con, it got too warm in the room but we opened the window.

Skycity is awesome we loved the food and our beautiful room

The beds were so comfy. Walk in shower. So my friend had no problems. She h Walks with a crutch. We were able to use wheel chair for our whole stay. Staff amazing. Very clean and spacious

Nothing enjoyed my whole stay. We didn't want to leave.

Always enjoy our stay! Staff were accommodating with our request for courtyard floor. Were booked close to family too!

FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF , CLEANLINESS OVERALL , CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ROOM , QUIET , EVERYTHING WAS WELL UP TO MY STANDARD , THANK YOU .

Lovely and Safe

Lovely staff and great rooms. Made my friends and i feel very welcomed and looked after. the rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were nice and comfy! loved it!

Asked cleaning staff for extra body wash, but we never received it. But that's a very minor mistake. Wished there was some cutlery like forks. other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot and we'll definitely consider coming back.

Was very disappointed that we got charged twice for our stay by accident, we did not get told by staff at the hotel we h

Toilet wasn’t working properly, was blocked the first time we used it, had to get a plumber to come fix it which was great, they came straight away.

Average stay and overpriced for what it was

Good central location

The room window faced a building site, the air con was freezing and we couldn’t adjust the temperature and we had a twin double room when we had booked a king room.

Magically wonderful !

We especially appreciated the proximity of the activities we chose. Life in the hotel is very lively and pleasant, almost festive. All the staff were attentive and welcoming. It's very nice to be received in such a warm way. And it makes you feel good.

The housekeeping staff left open our door the whole day while I was outside. When we can back the door was open and we called the reception staff to tell about it and they was like there is no change my staff will do it. No safety at all

Very clean, staff great, very convenient location.

Excellent location. Hotel was able to check us in early which was fantastic after a long travel day. Sky drive shuttle from airport drops off right behind this hotel which is very convenient.

Ideal location , lots of choices for this price point. No longer first choice

Location was good where we needed to be.

No mini bar, noisy ac. Toilet too close to the wall. Nowhere in the shower to put soap or shampoo. Had to use the floor. Step outside and the homeless were every where. Lots of dust accumulated around vents and where the fittings in the room were for suction. Yellowing plastic fittings

The ice box in the fridge needed defrosting badly, there was no mini-bar, and on of the dimmer lights on the bedhead didn't work.
