Generally on my next trip I would stay somewhere else.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Location very near the cable car so easy to get to Zealandia. Easy walk to Te Papa etc. Bed comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs had very nice food - a bit overpriced but convenient.

No WiFi for the 3 nights we stayed. Used up all my and my husbands data package (we don't have limitless packages), while generally the room was clean and tidy it was aged and the dust bunnies around the edges of the room look like they hadn't been chased away for many a year. Still haven't received the refund / reversal of the $50 they insist on charging you when you arrive. Not everyone likes tea or coffee - asked if any hot chocolate or milo available but was told no.

Could be better, but the location was very convenient!

Location to the CBD was just down a few steps! A good place if you just need a bed to sleep.

The space of the triple room could’ve been bigger for three adults.

Perfect for a single budget- conscious traveller on a short stay. No frills.

Location was excellent and the room was quiet - if I had neighbours, upstairs or next door, I never heard them! Bed was very comfy and the shower pressure was fantastic!

It was a small room - which was fine as that is what I'd booked - but they had a table and two chairs crammed in the corner under the TV which just cluttered up the space and made access virtually impossible along the other bedside. If I had travelled with someone it would have been pretty awkward for them to access their bed. The beds were already very close together to start with. The room was clean but dated - will need a paint and new carpet soon.

Always our 'GO TO' accommodation when staying in Wellington. Very handy location - super easy to find, excellent car parking at a reasonable rate. Love how you can walk to city centre and water-front. Excellent restaurant with a great menu. Loads of cafes within easy walking distance!

Staff was rude, complicated to get to the place on foot, particularly if you have heavy bags forget about it. The staff didn't bother about helping access with lift access through plimmer steps. Being frequent traveller found staff here indifferent. Won't go again

Great central location, staff welcoming and friendly.

Should not have to pay extra for higher speed wifi in 2024, should be standard. Car parking very expensive and in fact would deter us from next time especially given tightness of the spaces.

Breakfast was very good and value for money.

I had to ask for the bedding for the fold out couch. Feeling like I was being told off for wanting the bes for myself and asking my friend who was staying one night to sleepnon the fold out couch when I was the one paying for the room.

A great place to stay and close to many attractions

Great Location right in the middle of a very pretty city. Easy walking to most attractions including the Te Papa museum ( which is a must).

Parking was tight and a little too expensive especially no emotion is made of parking fees on booking. But for that 10/10.

Nice but wouldn't rush back

Beds were lovely and comfortable. Location for shopping, restaurants etc was excellent.

The bar/restaurant area was very uninviting, no one at the bar when we first arrived, in fact no one in the bar at all so we left. Its needs a bit of TLC and softening to make it more welcoming. Also said on web site that room service available but no information in the room on this and there were no information about the facilities in the room either. Also the rooms were very hot but no air con - for this reason would not stay here in the heat of the summer.

Central location AND QUIET!

Location was great, breakfast awesome. Room clean everything we needed. Room was quiet very little city noise to deal with 👍🏽

Had the twin room and felt the beds were a little close together. Having a bedside table between them would of made all the difference

Great location

Trying to work out the parking spaces. Sorted and grateful for parking but took a bit of effort after a long day. No food at all available after 9, and struggled to find anything in wellington at that time.

Staff were AWESOME!!!!! Had 2 cancelled flights so we were very stressed and upset but the staff made sure we knew there

My two best friends and I got a twin bed room with couch pull out bed, was the perfect size for all of us! Us two girls loved the bathroom the counter was so spacious and perfect for us to spread all our makeup etc. Loved that it came with a fridge and microwave. Heaps of plug outlets in really good spots. Hotel was in a perfect location could walk everywhere and felt safe.

Pull out bed was quite squeaky but we found it amusing and all had earplugs anyway. Maybe could add a better fan in the bathroom? It steamed up a lot but you can wipe it off no worries so who really cares at the end of the day :)

The television in the room was really small and we couldn't get a lot of different channels. Very warm rooms though nice because it's cold it was quite stuffy ! The Bar area is not inviting no music playing and no real comfy seats to sit back and enjoy 😊

Stairwell is a fire exit only, so you have no choice but to use the lift. Very difficult for people who struggle with confined spaces.

Pleased to find the steps took us right into town. Bookin.co on the map didn't mention that as a way to Walk to town.

We were disappointed that it talked of a kitchen and there was no toaster. A jug as and microwave is not a kitchen.
