Good.

Liked the location and the room was good.

I tried to charge my phone overnight to find out in the morning that the USB port didn't work. I found another one in the morning that worked but wasn't able to fully charge before I left. The bathroom 'window' sliding door doesn't fully close. When you try, it always manages to open 15-20cm. The looks of the reception area looks more focused on business than the customer, although staff was friendly.

Fantastic stay, Wellington is a awesome burger and your hotel was the wagu in the burger wel done.

I liked the room, We had no windows or a veiw but that was perfect for us. Very awesome sleeping the staff where amazing friendly. We enjoyed the overall stay at the hotel. I would do it again.

I thought that the feedback online about the tightness of parking was unfair. I was under the impression that parking at the hotel was atrocious so i prepared for the worst. I will agree that the parking was a little tight but not like what was indicated in the comment section about the hotel. I have stayed in hotels in Auckland, Sydney and Overseas that had 3 times smaller parking areas and were ample tighter than what was offered at the hotel. I thought the comments online where over exaggerated and the hotel was hard done by, I had no issues with parking at all. Loved it.

Very comfortable stay in a fun location in funky Wellington.

It's a great location, with excellent apartments for short term stays.

The parking station is very tight for space, however it is secure, and it was nice being able to park right there.

Schönes neuwertiges Hotel mitten in der City.

Ein komplett in Glas gestaltetes Bad im Zimmer. Nicht einmal eine rudimentäre Privatsphäre gegeben. Echter Minuspunkt, der einer erneuten Buchung klar entgegensteht.

Location was perfect to walk out and explore the city.

The bathroom walls are clear glass and only frosted partially so you can still see above and below the lines (head and feet). Was quite strange!

Great walkable location.

Our hotel wasn't ready for checkin time. They couldn't tell us when it would be ready exactly so we had to walk around, not knowing when to return to be able to access our room. Hotel breakfast was subpar, better to walk to one of the great cafes in the area.

Very centralised!

The location; walking distance to the museum, supermarkets, restaurants and all.

The parking! Lucky we read the reviews so we were prepared but it's very tricky in suvs even. Glad I had this experience though

clean and tidy but not comfortable for sleeping

2 single beds ( requested) were very small and very close together shower dripped during night bright blue lights shone into room during night lighting it up making sleep difficult

A good choice for a short or longer stay in Wellington

The hotel is perfectly located The reception staff was amazing - polite, friendly and happy to assist and answer questions The bed was very comfortable and the room had enough space

The room had no window There could be breakfast included in the price There was a weird option of make my room with an additional charge when booking. I have never seen this before

Excellent location and value.

Location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and activities close by.

The bathroom had a glass wall which was not ideal when travelling with friends.

Nice room

Annoying the room was too close to the pubs and we had to move at midnight to get away from the noise. You need to state that those rooms will be able to hear bands and have it at a cheaper rate.

Perfect location, great staff and modern clean rooms

Loved the staff at reception, the rooms are the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Nice and soundproof and air con works well

I know it’s probably illegal but I wish the windows could be opened even just a crack.

better than my expectation.

Great location, free car park.

No scheduled room service, we have tried two different types of room, one is two beds with city view at level 8, the other is bigger studio at level 9. I felt the service come randomly, one day has, the other days has not. Recommend give each room the sign to indicate our free time for room service.

Short weekend visit to attend a show

Proximity to St James Theatre and on the Airport Express bus route

The food in the hotel was pricey and I would have enjoyed some simpler food eg soup and toast for lunch. While we were able to get just plain ice cream we had to ask specifically for that. Appreciated being able to store our luggage before and after checkout times. Also suggest they put some safety rails in the showers as the tile floor was somewhat slippery. But we had a good undisturbed sleep and enjoyed our stay.

Great location in middle of city but quiet room

I booked an internal room so was pleasantly surprised to find I had been upgraded to a room with a view. Comfortable bed, location was excellent. Room quiet. Have stayed here before and will again.
