Amazing city view and it’s one of the best places to stay in Helsinki.

Excellent location, great breakfast, friendly staff. Since it was our first time in the city, asked many questions and received detailed answers right away.

Room cleaning. Left dirty cups and cans behind. After notifying the reception, they apologized, came and replaced it with clean ones.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Unstimmigkeiten

rühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut - Die Lage ideal um die Stadt zu besichtigen - Restaurants in der Nähe und auch im Bahnhof - Olivegarden - kann man sehr gut italienisch essen.

Leider surrte die Klimanalge und diese konte nicht abgestellt werden. Fenste öffnen wäre möglich gewesen - doch dann störte der Lärm der Stassenbahn

Sijainti täydellinen junalla matkustaessa ja keskustan tarjonnasta nautittaessa. Lisäksi huoneesta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Lisäksi tykkäsin Cromecast mahdollisuudesta TV:ssa. Aamupala täydellinen; vaihtoehtoja paljon jokaiseen makuun. Kaikenkaikkiaan hyvä ja mukava kokemus!

Excelente localização do hotel.

A localização do hotel é excelente. O pequeno almoço é variado e bom.

A casa de banho ficou com o chão todo molhado depois de cada banho, o que o tornou escorregadio (o vidro do chuveiro só tinha meia proteção). O quarto, que se destinava a 3 pessoas, era pouco espaçoso.

A beautiful, elegant hotel located in the center of Helsinki, close to the main train station.

It's in the center of Helsinki, and a very close to the Kamppi.

Excellent!

Really nice breakfast. Comfortable room and sauna. It’s 2nd time I stayed and I’ll come back. Walking distance from Helsinki central station. Connected to Kamppi shopping Center.easy to go to supermarket.

Room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary things. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome.

The whole building hums to the sound of the air conditioning. We had to change rooms to find one that didn't hum, even if we switched off the air conditioning in the room. A bland, average hotel.

The location is very good, plus the cleaning. The people in the reception are also very kind.

The pillow is no good, the blanket should be a big one for couple instead two small ones. The breakfast is no good, with too many "dirty food".

The location of this hotel was excellent. Would stay here again no problem if back in Helsinki.

Location was excellent. I didn't have the breakfast so I cannot tell about the food. The staff were very friendly and professional. I had a taxi booked for each morning of my stay and the staff at reception arranged this for me.

Bar / restaurant closed on Monday evening when I arrived.

I've stayed in this hotel twice because of needing to catch an early bus from Kampi, and it is convenient for the railway station as well, and there is a network of attractive streets around it with independent shops and so on. The rooms are large and comfortable with good sound insulation and blackout curtains. The breakfast is excellent -- delicious ryebread and pickled fish and one or two vegan options also. Access to the sauna is included in the price.

The price varies; if you can get it at say 100-120 Euro (e.g. on weekend rates) the value is good, but 150 Euro looks steep, especially as room facilities are limited (e.g. no tea- and coffee-making facilities, very expensive mini-bar, some wear to the decoration). If you can't make the buffet breakfast, the substitute packed one is disappointing (start time at weekends is 7.30, so if you need to leave earlier than that, I would advise going without).

Nice stay at a great location.

I like the location, it is quiet even though ot is in the city center.

The room and the sauna facility is outdated and should be cleaner. The room was alright.
