Clean but loud

location was good and it was clean. pool area clean and quiet and lovely cocktails at pool bar.

very very loud, rooms face street with lots of traffic, bars and restaurants below that are loud until late at night and even snoring can be heard from rooms next door. needs updating. No a/c or fan.

Sólo el desayuno, que encima era en otro hotel…

Muy diferente a las fotos que tiene publicadas el hotel. La habitación bastante cutre. El baño muy antiguo, el sofá cama espantosamente incómodo.

Udalla Park

Location, the view, the breakfast at Marola Park, The cleanliness , the pool and the pool area. Receptionists was always super helpful and pool maintenaner was doing an excellent job, well done 👏

Private balcony's glass door was broken, very dangerous, has not been fixed. Flooring was loose- reported it but hasn't been fixed during our stay. No air-conditioning in the room, we have left the windows open but noises from outside woke us up on a daily basis. Kitchen and bathroom needs modernisation, things are just not falling apart. Very basic accommodation overall

Clean, spacious and good enough if you can live without aircon - *avoid* road facing rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable and it had a nice roof terrace accessible by a (very steep and tight) spiral staircase. The hotel itself was quiet with no loud customers (of mixed age groups) and was very close to restaurants and bars.

No air conditioning, so I had to keep the doors open. Unfortunately my room overlooked the main road so it was noisy until late'ish at night. Then at sometime around 4am/5am I was woken up when the lorries emptying the roadside waste bins parked up next to the hotel, operating cranes with the hazard warning sounds blaring. Even with the doors open, it was still unbearably hot, but obviously it's my fault I mistakenly booked a hotel without aircon. There were also noisy people coming back along the road at all times between 1am and 6am, but that's also not the hotels fault.

Okay for short weekend stay not full 10 nights like myself

The property was in a good location to bars and restaurants, pool was very relaxed and peaceful.

Rooms need updating, very dated, beds very uncomfortable, pool bar not exactly the cheapest, staff were hot and cold spoke one minute not the next.

Cheap and cheerful hotel

The Usalla is a budget no frills hotel in a good location for access to the beach and sea front walk. It also gives the option of visiting Las Americas or Los Cristianos. The housekeeping staff were brilliant and kept the apartment spotless.

We didn't use the pool area because the volume of the music being played was too loud. To be fair, we didn't complain and supposed other guests were happy with it. We found it very noisy through the night with party groups returning in during the small hours. This meant keeping the windows closed to minimise the noise. This made the apartment very hot and airless.

We had a rather pleasant stay for 3 weeks. The staff was admirable.

Staff was very pleasant, everyone willing to lend a helping hand. The pool was quiet and comfortable, always plenty of sunbeds. Our room was very well situated with good balcony.

The kitchenette is very poor, needs to be replaced. The fridge was not in a good state. The sofa was really low and uncomfortable. The beds were also rather uncomfortable. Bathtubs should be replaced with walk-in showers.

We found all staff very polite and helpful. Accommodation and location very close to all amenities.

Only thing we didn't like the hotel WI-FI was very inconsistent.

Hotel with a non functional pool

Booked the hotel as had stayed here previously & found the location n Hotel very good

As weather was predicted hot the only filter l put on my search was a swimming pool & it was out of service all week. All we asked for in compensation was a late checkout which was denied by the hotel. NOT HAPPY

Tenerife holiday

Location was great for us it was nice to be recognised by one of the receptionists from our last visit to the hotel. friendly and helpful staff it was so nice to have a small roof top to chill out beds were comfortable

There was nothing really we didn't like it ticks all the boxes for us

Despite a few niggles, overall a great place for a week’s holiday!

Rooms clean and comfortable, with a balcony and roof terrace too for top floor rooms - well worth requesting one of these. Great pool area with lovely staff at the poolside bar which has very reasonably priced drinks, doubly so during Happy Hour (3-5pm daily)

Some of the in room furnishings are a bit dated, some confusion over breakfast availability/location (we ended up just going to a cafe a few doors up. No air conditioning and our balcony faced a busy road so couldn’t leave the door open at night for noise reasons.

Location was great. Close enough to restaurants and bars but also far enough away from the main hustle and bustle.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very dated and not like the marketing photos on the website. The sofa bed was broken, tables were stained and the sun beds on the roof terrace were broken to extent but could still be used. Also, I booked through Booking.Com and the total price I thought I was paying in English Pounds suddenly got converted to Euro's when it came to paying the balance resulting in being charged an additional £95 from what was advertised.
