Location
Breakfast . No care taken ran out of food needed to be asked to replenish . Damp smell in room

Location was great. Bed was comfortable.
Cleanliness was lax. Buffet breakfast was nearly inedible - one broken coffee machine, hot foot was cold, limp and bland.

Location was great
Run down in the rooms. Same as they were around 10 years ago when I first was here.
Also the washing machine and dryer need to be upgraded. Didn’t dry clothes properly even on the hottest setting

Location.
Desperately in need of refurb, bathrooms very poor, no bar Sunday or Monday, in-house restaurant only 3 days per week, except for breakfast, many staff struggled with English.

Top Location and very kind receptionists. The roof top view and little pool are awesome! Easy access by walk to the centre, the ferries and the Opera House!
It’s a classic style hotel but very nice just improve the ventilation system in the bathroom.

Location was amazing! Close to everything & public transport. Views of the harbour were next level. Bridge view from room. Rooftop was breathtaking.
We were promised an upgrade but on arrival to our room was the same as booked. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Great service really looked after us when we needed the help.
The only thing I recommend is the pullout sofas in the executive king rooms had really run down and uncomfortable and need updating.

The bed was extremely comfortable & location was fantastic.
The shower pressure was poorly but expected being an old building

Sijainti loistava. Huone ihan ok ja uima-allas alueen näkymät mahtavat niin illalla kuin päivälläkin.
Aamupala muuten hyvä mutta olisin kaivannut jotain vihreää esim. Kurkkua tai tomaattia.

The location was perfect 👌. Park up and enjoy Sydney.
Breakfast, I loved the breakfast.

it was old and dated and we had mould in the vent in the bathroom.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Parking listed on the website was $50. Charged $65 when we got there. Our room was in serious need of a renovation. The bathroom in particular. The following morning we were woken by the screaming sound of the water pipes from the bathroom of the room next door. Have never heard anything like it.

First room smelt like rotten carpen. Asked to move and got a much better room..
Showers are in standing bath. Not good if you are not so physically able
Price a touxh high for a basic room

Great location
Our room was ready when we arrived but we weren’t allowed access unless we paid the hotel an additional $50. We travel a lot and we have never been asked to pay for early access.

Room with a harbour view was great. Location was fabulous! Love the historic buildings and history of The Rocks area. Really good to be so close to Circular Quay and the Opera House. Enjoyed staying there.

The location
Quite run down, very shabby and dated room and bathroom . Water pressure not ideal quite hard to wash properly especially hair. Very noisy as above laneways we’re there was constant pick up of rubbish trucks from hotel and other businesses nearby

Great location, walking distance to everything including light rail to get around Sydney. Rocks area is fantastic.
Very disappointed with room. Paid good money for what was labelled a “superior harbour view room”!! Our harbour view was a 45cm wide window behind the door into the room, only way to take advantage was standing at that window☹️ Room was also not what I would call clean with small amounts mould in the bathroom. Won’t be booking this accommodation again with plenty of other choices in the same area. Ask more questions about harbour view, don be fooled.

Location
Bathroom small and badly in need of renovation, furniture dated and scratched , power sockets loose on the wall , no usb charging points, paintwork poor . Desperately needs a refurbishment for the price charged it was very very disappointing . Great position if your catching a cruise

An amazing location and a beautiful and easy place to stay.
The bar didn’t open till 4 pm

Location, location, and location. The hotel in general was very nice. One lift broke down and was not fixed in a timely manner but that may have been out of the hotel's control. Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was very nice.
Breakfast food could have been better. Would have been nice to change it up a tad from day to day. However, we were there 8 days so maybe for a shorter stay it would have been fine.

It was perfect location to board ship at Circular Quay.
I booked a queen room months before when I booked cruise and the price was $280 but when we decided to come 2 days earlier because of cyclone in Qld the cheapest price I was offered for an extra 2 nights was $436 per night so we stayed elsewhere.
9.0
Perfect place to stay if you are boarding a ship from Circular Quay, just a few minutes walk to the port.
Nothing really, we just had a view into the laneway at the back, but we didn't pay for any sort of a premium room.
8.0
Loved the location. The hotel also have a great lively vibe. People coming and going all the time through the foyer. Rooms with harbour view were basic but perfect for what we needed. Love the rooftop!
10.0
Location in Circular Quay! Amenities, friendly and knowledgeable staff, cleanliness and comfort, and views from the rooftop patio is spectacular. Walk out the doors and you are in the perfect location to explore Sydney.
The bar was only open on weekends

Coming from Geelong (Victoria), it was amazing to be around the Sydney Harbour (including the Bridge & Opera House). Being close to the ‘Carnival’ cruise to get on the next day-made the experience so stress free
The whole experience was spectacular

Staff were amazing and couldn’t do more
Slightly dated and could be better, especially with how amazing the location is.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Minutes walk to eateries, the Rocks, Circular Quay, Opera House and lots of other entertainment. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent. The staff were professional. Comfortable room.
The bathroom needs updating. The products provided shampoo etc. we’re poor.
4.0
Bed was very comfortable.
Room was tired. Expected separate shower. Difficult to get in bath to have a shower. Bathroom fittings very dated. Needed power points on both side of bed. One set of power points did not work. Apparently a gift had been left for us but there was no explanation. We assumed it was a mini bar and we'd be charged for it so did not use and left it in room.
