no lounge to relax on in the rooms, no microwave, carpet a little dirty, my babies knees don’t normally get dirty at home crawling around but they did in the hotel.

Breakfast and location great , but nothing else Forget it
Be warned Room on web photos is nothing like what we were allocated on the day. Our room was so dark we named it the cave - not bright and welcoming like the photos in advertising We were very disappointed
“Advertising =SKYLINE VIEW, Our 30sqm Deluxe Room with a Queen Bed merges chic comfort with captivating views of the Sydney skyline “HOWEVER we got a room with 28sqm (we measured) the advertising showed a large window to capture the views. We got a very small window with a wall to the left, so we couldnot see the city to the left. As construction directly in front we had no views. We were promised bathrobes - only had towels. I tried to email customer service - no response . I contacted front desk and the duty manager spoke down to me , continually with an open upright hand hitting the desk to make his point with a slightly raised voice. I felt insulted. I travel the world and have never been treated like this in a hotel. I have put a picture below and ask you to judge for yourself before booking this accommodation

Location was amazing, staff where very helpful and establishment was very clean and modern.
The room was very hot in morning due to direct sun and big windows and was unable to cool it down enough with the aircon system. That being said it was an unusually warm day for the time of year the system may get adjusted as the weather warms up

Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful!
Better area for kids (especially for winter when it was too cold to swim)

Breakfast was good. Only disappointment was quality whole grain bread was only on display and not available to consume.
Very friendly helpful staff on the whole.
The way daily room charges vary from day to day. This is a bad over-abuse of technolgy to maximize return, when you book a room for a period of time in advance. Even airlines don't stoop to this extent. Unless you count over-booking.
Typical of many hotels, room lighting is inadequate. Not bright enough and insufficient lighting points.

Excellent location to explore the highlights of Sydney. Right by light rail station, maritime museum, pyrmont bridge making an easy walk to city & tower, or catch a ferry to circular quay. Top spot. Plenty of food spots in Darling Harbour at King Street wharf. Inhouse restaurant steak was excellent with a window seat over the bay.

ROOM CLEAN AND SPACIOUS, LOCATION GREAT FOR CATCHING THE LITE RAIL.
Some of the room decor getting a little tired.
Hate having to climb into bath for a shower, didn't expect that.

Close to Darling Harbour and CBD
Cleaning staff forgot a few times to replace the dirty cups and we had to call them to replace them.
The carpet in the room was sticky at one spot and they didn’t clean it up. I ended up in cleaning it with a towel.
They forgot to replace the towels once. We had to call them.
Tennis court; the rackets are crappy ( it’s Ok you don’t expect to see professional tennis players using their rackets). They provided us a tennis ball that all the fluffiness was gone and it wasn’t bouncing at all and apparently it was the only ball that they had. How much is a can of 3-4 tennis balls? This is the least that a hotel can provide if they advertise that they have a facility.
For late check out to extend for an hour on Monday they told me either I should become a member of Accor or they will charge me.
They provided a free drink ticket for our stay but out of 4-5 beers that they were offering just one of them was included in the offer, technically no option to choose.

Location is perfect. You can park your car at harbor side and walk undercover to the hotel.
Staff is super friendly. We spent the weekend celebrating my daughter’s 6 year birthday. They made us feel very special and we got so well looked after. Definitely going to go back.

Ok location for access to theatre
Definitely not worth the price. I booked a superior room with a “sweeping view of the Sydney skyline”. The bed was uncomfortable, the rooms have poor lighting and the view was of an apartment building across the road, would not describe as “sweeping” or “skyline”. For close to $400 I expected much better. No coffee machine, small bathroom. The non-superior rooms must be very average.

Quietness and location
The upgrading works outside of the hotel at the moment but of course no fault of the hotel. Very limited food choices for young children

Our son took his young family for the first time to the hotel. He'd been there many times growing up and had wonderful memories. The team treated them like VIPs and the grand kids have not stopped taking about their stay.

Great location, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, lots of parking
Bathroom bit dusty and tiles needed deep cleaning
