Amabilité et qualité d'écoute du personnel. Confort et propreté des chambres.
Absence de chauffage durant les 2 séjours et prix petits déjeuner excessifs..

the address was complicated. its right in city center which is a big paid parking lot. you cannot drive to the entrance of the hotel.
you must find the parking indoors which is to the left of the hotel in the same block, hardly marked.
electric electrical possible?
nice place once u figure it up.

The large window in the room was good.
The paid for buffet breakfast consisted of stale croissants, some basic cereal and coffee from a machine.
The fruit bowel had only lemons, soft yellow apples and one orange.
When the yogurt and milk ran out they didn’t refill it.
The day was 36 degrees and the room has no air con, we asked for a fan but they said no.
The pool wasn’t able to be used after 8:00pm which wasn’t stated anywhere other than when we asked about how to get to use it.
The parking they offer is £8 per day but the regular carpark directly out the front is half that price.
The room was also meant to have a mini bar fridge in it so when we brought up the cheese and butter we had. Ought to put in there for the night we found out there wasn’t one.
Overall we have paid way less at other hotels and gotten way more.
This hotel seems like it would have been a complete masterpiece in the 70’s but then never updated with the exception of the reception area that obviously needs to lull people into thinking it’s a great place.
I would recommend this place if you can’t find anywhere else to stay.

We choose this location because it offered the things we're most interested in while we travel Europe. Good location, secure parking and WiFi. The hostess that greeted us was very pleasant and spoke good English, which it a nice plus! The room was quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was most assuredly a step above with hot scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon along with the normal continental breakfast foods.
I had almost zero Wi-Fi in my room...this is a major problem as I need the internet to conduct my affairs while I travel Europe. I did complain, but the young lady could offer no help and would not contact the manager to see if he could help. Even though I could not even open my email, I managed to make it through the night. The toilet was NOT clean. Once again I asked for the manager in the morning but the two non-English hostesses could not seem to help me. I won't be staying here again. No first world country should neglect paying for decent Wi-Fi for it's customers at the rate we were charged. I had better internet in third world countries! I've stayed in 300 European hotels in the last two years...A little bit of attention by the management might get this place the ranking it deserves!
