3 nuits et 4 jours à Aurillac passable dans l'ensemble !

Bonjour Hôtel The Originals Access Aurillac, points positifs : le petit déjeuner pour 8,20€ à volonté avec du sucré/salé excellent, c'est un couple qui gère l'hôtel avec une femme de ménage, personnel sérieux, direct en conversation, fait tout pour bien gérer mais le sourire est amer je pense c'est le coin, la région qui est ainsi, leur humeur, la façon de vivre, des gens du Cantal assez froid sec et direct, sûrement dû au climat et leur habitude de vie car j'en ai eu des preuves lors de mes sorties en ville et dans les lieux où j'ai visité, déjà à la gare ferroviaire l'accueil au guichet était un glaçon. L'équipe fait son maximum, les tarifs sont correct, les points points négatifs : 3 nuits et 4 jours dans cet hôtel pour moi, les literies n'ont pas été changer, ni aspirateur ,ni balayage au sol, le wc même pas frotter, j'ai pris des photos comme preuves que vous trouverez ajoutées à ce message, le bruit des voitures et du train mais supportable depuis chambre 30, mais le fait de placer des tables + chaises en plastique devant certaines chambres comme devant le 31, le bruit des clients de l'hôtel avec des chiens jusqu'à tard les nuits et je n'ai pas apprécié le chien est autorisé dans salle du petit déjeuner, notez que cet hôtel est excentré du coeur de la vieille ville d'Aurillac à pied 1h30/2h00 soit 45 mn pour la gare routière + gare ferroviaire à pied mais en voiture c'est vite fait en 10 mn pour la ville et 5mn aéroport, Restaurant Cressendo cafétéria Géant Casino proche hôtel + des restaurants, des alimentations mais tous les dimanches et jours fériés tous sont fermés même la ville d'Aurillac très peu de commerces ouverts, l'hôtel ne fait pas restauration pour midis/soirs, les restaurants sont chers en ville, même les petites alimentations de quartiers.

hôtel excentré à pied du centre ville et vieille ville d'Aurillac, le ménage reste indésiré le personnel manque le sourire et pas assez agréable, hôtel un peu bruyant.Pour ma part je changerai d'hôtel si je dois revenir à Aurillac.Bon séjour et bon voyage à Aurillac pour les autres.

The room was clean but there was lots of noise after 22:00 due to an unusual number of people going in and out of the other rooms. I thought that perhaps hookers were rendezvousing with their Johns. The bed was super.

The location. It was not close to a restaurant or to a convenience store.

The property was excellent and when we arrived on our motorbikes the owner arranged for us to be able to park right outside our door to the property So friendly and helpful Brilliant 👍👍

Just a one night stay . We felt safe in a very clean room . Very good breakfast before leaving the next morning.

Room was very clean . Bed was extremely comfortable. Very good breakfast for a reasonable price .

Comfortable and convenient

I’d a friendly welcome, flexible for my late hour of arrival. Comfortable and well located for local transport connections (road, rail or air!) Great breakfast fare too, on the lawn outside.

Value for money!

Everything was good and clean. I have requested for a microwave oven and the staff gave me one in the room!

There was no way to make your own coffee or tea since you do not get a water boiler and the coffee vending machine is not working.

Stop over on route

Very helpful man on check-in..great parking small but clean and comfy rooms. Breakfast was fine well stocked. Had to get taxi to find somewhere to eat as didn't want to take bikes out again. Guy on reception helped us with this.

Disappointing

I booked this hotel because breakfast was included into booking advertising. When I arrived at the hotel I discovered that breakfast was not included. The missing of clarity between booking platform and the hotel is ashaming
