Zimmer und personal ok nur leider wurde nicht alles angegeben was zur zeit nicht in betrieb ist

Wir lagen direkt am tgv hauptbahnhof, aber im zimmer hörte man nichts

Restaurant gab es keines im hotel und die bar war wegen renovierung zu. Hätte man mitteilen können. Kein kühlschrank in den zimmern

Staff would not admit to the terrible sewage problem and did not offer any refund. So disappointing!

It was near the train station and walking distance to the old city.

The rims head a horrible sewage problem and flies came from the plumbing that buzzed and the room all night. Two different rooms were uninhabitable.

Perfecte uitvalbasis.

Locatie midden in centrum bij trein station. Kamer was 2 weken geheel gerenoveerd. Was mooi gedaan en erg van genoten. Beoordeling is dan ook daarop. Nog niet gerenoveerde kamers kunnen we geen oordeel over vellen.

Renovatie was nog bezig van de ontbijt zaal, receptie en lounche ruimte. Badkamerraam ontbrak gordijntje. Nu handdoek voor gehangen.

Un bon séjour où nous reviendrons surement au printemps.

Hôtel très cosy, bonne taille de chambre et de salle de bain, aucun bruit pendant la nuit. Le personnel d'accueil était très bien, très compétant.

Il faudrait une lumière au plafond de la chambre, ainsi que au dessus du miroir de la salle de bain. Comment régler le chauffage ou la climatisation.

Nice hotel and welcome to Strasbourg.

Location. Comfortable bed

Reception staff who incorrectly advised is we had not paid for our breakfast. Blamed other reception staff for being new. We had evidence we had paid correctly. Breakfast room very basic and not value for money. Egg cooker didn’t work - staff were aware - however they continued to let people try and use it and end wasting the food.

The location was perfect. It is easy to walk around the city center by walking from the hotel.

Very unpleasent experience!

The room was smelling very bad from the toilet. I couldnt open the windows because they were facing the back of the building which was packed with air conditioner ventilators. Therefore the room was quite unpleasent and would not recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was fabulous and the AC unit was amazing.

Really strong smell coming from the drains. Could be quite unpleasant at times but you are able to close the bathroom door which blocked it for the most part.

The Bristol was all that I needed.

The location was excellent, across the square from the station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. I am not a big breakfast eater but I enjoyed mine.

Only one criticism, the fittings and carpet looked as they had been fitted by me at my very best but not by a a professional.

Perfect, everything perfect

Everything was perfect I travelled 6 cities in 3 countries in 7 days, stayed in 5 hotels , out of these this was the best , everything was perfect

The Spätzle I had in Le petit france were not like the homemade ones my grandmother used to make , nothing to do with the hotel Everything was perfect in the hotel

Excellent place at reasonable price very centrally located.

Good room with nice balcony facing the main square in front of the central station. Most of the old town within walking distance. Excellent bus and tram connections. Good breakfast.
