jolie chambre, un grand lit confortable

le seul bémol c'était d'arrivé à trouver l'entrée de l'hôtel le soir après une certaine heure quand l'entrée principale est fermée, mais une fois que l'on le sait, il n'y a plus de problème

Très bon séjour

Le personnel d'accueil était très agréable, disponible et à l'écoute des demandes. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner (2 équipes en 3 jours) J1+J2 : excellent : merci au monsieur qui gère les oeufs-omelette : très très gentil J3 : tout autre équipe : un peu moins sympa en salle.

Disappointing with rude staff.

Property is in a great location for the Défense stadium.

Reception staff were extremely rude. Tatiana on the desk was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Whilst trying to navigate the process for checking in which was confusing as she kept explaining different amounts we had to pay. She then proceeded to speak to the “manager” Gaetan in French saying that we had treated her like an idiot and were being aggressive. She obviously did not realise that the children with us spoke fluent French and told us exactly what she had said. The manager did not apologise for her behaviour and proceeded to be very rude himself. At the end of the stay when settling the bill and being advised they would not take the full amount due from the holding card we were then informed that he had in fact taken the payment after we explicitly explained we wanted to use a different card. So disappointing after looking forward to this trip and expecting a much more professional service from Hilton. I would advise to book somewhere else.

El desayuno fue espectacular!! Lo mejor de todo

Que no tenga acceso por TV a los partidos de futbol. Se jugaron las 2 semifinales de la Champion League y no las pudimos ver.

Emplacement ideal

L'emplacement idéal aux pieds du métro et de toutes commodités ! La chambre était parfaite, spacieuse,très bien insonorisée,on entend absolument rien ! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux !

L'absence de machine à dosette dans la chambre. Le fait de devoir attendre quelqu'un qui nous fasse le café au service petit déjeuner. De pouvoir se le faire soi même serait plus appréciable.

Deux jours à Paris avec un concert à La Défense arena.

Chambre magnifique, très bon équipement salle de bain

Pour le prix pas de machine à café dans la chambre et même pas une bouteille d eau offerte. Le personnel désagréable et hautain! En plus travaux dans l hôtel et pas du tout rassurant de devoir rentrer dans l hôtel par le centre commercial.

A very pleasant stay

Good location close to la defense Paris business district. West one shopping centre is just a stone's throw away so plenty of restaurant options if you fancy dinning outside the hotel. Good location for business travellers. Breakfast menu was good. Over all the room was spacious and clean. Stay was quite comfortable and staff was quite helpful.

Personnel à votre écoute disponible , le confort et l’équipement de la chambre Le petit déjeuner au top avec un très grand choix de nourriture.La situation de l’hôtel ainsi que l’accès du parking directement à l’étage de la réception et le calme Proximité de l’Accor Arena pour se rendre à un concert Niveau restaurant les desserts de Nina Métayer exquis .

Un petit bémol concernant le restaurant Nous avons pris la salade Cesar ; manque de sauce

Week-end entre amis souvenir intense pour notre dernier concert de SARDOU

Tout était parfait très bon accueil, très grand choix et en quantité suffisante, et attention pour les intolérant.

Nous sommes venus du samedi au dimanche nous ne saurions pas répondre. Si nous devons revenir nous reviendrons ici avec grand plaisir merci a tout le monde pour leur accueil.

Really not what I'm used to from a Hilton Hotel!

Great Location, direct Metro and RER access, close to La Defense Arena. Big shopping mall just across the plaza.

Ongoing renovation work during our stay, therefore entrance was difficult to find at our arrival, doorbell not clearly signed, entrance through back door once mall is closed. Heating was defective and we had to ask for an electric radiator, very average breakfast with scrambled eggs of the Tetra Pack variety. Is it really that difficult to make scrambled eggs?
