Buena ubicación para conocer La Defense, calidad precio no compensa

Bel hôtel et pratique pour un concert

Très bel hôtel, petit déjeuner délicieux, personnel très accueillant. A proximité des transports et de la salle de concert.

La peinture des chambres à refaire et propreté de la douche moyen.

Ok aber teuer

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Halle La Defense war sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten waren bequem.

Wir wollten früher aufs Zimmer, was leider nicht möglich war (was auch absolut ok war!). Als wir jedoch aufs Zimmer konnten war das Zusatzbett (welches für einen Aufpreis dazugebucht wurde) nicht bereit und es standen auch keine Bettdecken zur Verfügung. Wir wollten gleich wieder los, an ein Konzert, stattdessen mussten wir zur Rezeption und uns darum kümmern. Infolge dessen hatten wir den ersten Einlass verpasst!!

Rapport qualité prix, pas de chauffage dans la chambre toilette ne fonctionnait pas télé ne fonctionnait pas frigo ne fonctionnait pas. après l’avoir signalé à l’accueil. aucun de ses problèmes a été résolu.

Freundliches Personal, alles sauber und ordentlich, Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden.

Hotel was a perfect stay for work. Close to the meetings and central enough for logistics.

The staff at the reception were professional and helpful. Houda was so amazing. Spoke English so fluently and assisted my colleague excellently with the check in process. She was and courteous.

Very average hotel experience and would not stay here again.

Not much.

Window that wouldn’t close properly with rubbish noise insulation. Averagely comfortable bed with average pillows. Air conditioning that refused to be chilled air even when selecting the coldest setting on the thermostat. Terrible room service menu, poor quality food. The coffee sachets were not replaced once used so spent 2 days out of 3 with no coffee. Housekeeping and Reception wouldn’t answer when you called from the room.

Vriendelijk personeel. Grote Kamer, geschikt om let een gezin te verblijven en dicht bij de metro naar het centrum.

Het ontbijt had veel opties maar de kwaliteit kon iets beter. De worstjes van het Engels ontbijt waren bv. heel droog.

La chambre est spacieuse. Le flexible de douche était cassé c’est un détail mais je me demande comment on peut évaluer la propreté de la salle de bains? Lit jumeaux vraiment pas agréable j’ai eu peur de tomber dans mon sommeil

Emplacement parfait dans la defense métro ligne 1 à 5mn chambre très confortable petit déjeuner correct personnel très sympathique et gentil surtout narushan à la réception au check in vraiment très professionnel et le personnel au petit déjeuner

Amazing, I would definitely return and stay here again

The hotel is really nice, the room was clean and spacious very accommodating for myself and my sisters. And also as we came for the concert the distance between the arena and the hotel was super easy, accessible and secure. Really enjoyable

The only minor thing I’d add is the power of the shower, it could be slightly stronger but apart from that everything is great

Personnel du bar désagréable…. Comme chaque année.

L’hôtel est à proximité de l’Arena

Le personnel du bar est désagréable. Quand on laisse une note de plus de 600€ on s’attend tout de même à avoir un bonjour et un au revoir. Le bar de l’hôtel est fermé le week-end. En rentrant d’un concert, d’un événement sportif ou d’un spectacle ne vous attendez pas à vous retrouver entre amis pour boire un verre et profiter de l’infrastructure. Malgré cela je viens chaque année et je réserve plusieurs chambres.

Décevant…

L’emplacement

Des poils pubiens dans la salle de bain. Il a fallut le signaler 2 fois et toujours pas nettoyés. Le bar de l’hôtel fermé un samedi soir à 23h alors qu’un événement de 18 000 personnes avait lieu à côté. La responsable Amina du bar/restaurant peu souriante et imbue de sa personne. 600€ pour 2 nuits pour vivre tout ça ! La France a un réel problème d’hôtellerie, car dans un lieu comme celui là, le client devrait être choyé. Très déçu ! L’impression de m’être fait volé ! Cela mérite d’être soulevé.

Séjour plutôt agréable dans un hôtel de qualité.

Qualité de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner complet. Personnel sympathique. Chambre très correcte.

Dans un hôtel de ce standing, on ne devrait pas trouver de tâches noires sur les joints de la douche. Bar fermé le soir à 22h!

Excellent etablissement, je recommande.

L'hotel etait tres bien, super bien niveau emplacement ( tres proche du Paris La Defense Arena ). Le petit dejeuner était top, vraiment bon avec beaucoup de choix. Le personel etait vraiment top aussi.

Seul hic etait le checkin qui apparaissait à 12h sur Booking.com mais était en fait à 11h.

Overpriced, understaffed and totally disorganised

Excellent location in the business district.

The hotel was OK but the breakfast was appalling. There were massive queues as the place was overrun food, cups and cutlery were not being replaced, and the choice was so limited. The lady at the font door for breakfast was one of the most rude, unpleasant people you would ever wish to meet. The price of the hotel was outrageous at £400+ per night and certainly was not value for money. I would look elsewhere should I need to come back to Paris.

La literie et le linge n’était pas confortable, une seule serviette pour 2 personnes… Pas de pression dans la douche , chambre sombre et vétuste . Petit déjeuner très moyen et très cher .

One night stay is okay, but in general for 300 euro per night in a small room I would expect more)

it's just near the Arena de defense if you plan to visit any concert.

it seemed to me that I chose the best hotel in this area of Paris, but it turned out that this was not the case. As you know, even small things can spoil the impression, but in my case, I do not consider the following situations to be small things in a hotel of your level: 1. (Minor) There was no toothbrush in the room, and although I asked for it at the reception in the morning, it’s still strange - I have to go down to A from the 7th floor in the morning to brush my teeth. 2. (Major) There is a broken elevator. all people who use elevator D face the same problem: a person enters the elevator by choosing his floor, for example, 7. if someone then presses a call from floor C to the A floor, then a person from first floor A reaches floor C. then the elevator cancels floor 7 . people who go to floor A enter the elevator and the elevator goes to floor A. The person who went to floor 7 simply cannot get on it until he accidentally chooses elevator A, for example, or B. 3. (Major) There is a not very skilled front desk staff: I checked in at around 5:30 pm on August 23rd. and at first the girl told me that my room was not paid for, but then she checked something and confirmed that the room was paid for in the amount of 260 euros (through booking.com). And indeed I actually paid for the room in advance. And already at 5 am the next morning I was charged 360 euros at your hotel without my authorization (I saw the SMS). and then I spent 30 minutes figuring out with the other admins though it's not my problem. 4. (Seriously) And the last problem - there is a black mold in the bathroom in your rooms and nobody cares about it and It's very strange . Attached the foto. Sorry , but in any country of the EU I visited this year - there was not such bathroom even for 50 euro....

Good value for money

The location and access were very good. the room is wide and comfortable,in the bathroom you have the minimum necessary and if you want more hygiene products you have to ask for them at the reception. The staff was very pro and polite. Breakfast was ok.

What I liked least was the hotel restaurant. I think that is too expensive for what they have to offer. Besides that i recommend the hotel.

the reception office is so kindly to survey any question the guest may have. because this place is noted for fun, so reception is helping for the tourism and domaine or chateau appointment.

the service and code mode for the entrance and exit is every interesting.

Never ever stay here

There is a mall nearby.

Rooms were not clean. Staff are not helpful. No refrigerator in most of the rooms. (We were a group) One of the staff got a Taxi to CDG airport for €160 to be paid for the hotel !!!!! Which is a total scam. A regular taxi got me there for €68.
