Perfect location for ski in and out. amazing views. staff very friendly and helpful. cold buffet was waiting for all late arrivals.
We were late arriving, 10.40pm (due to heavy traffic) and were unable to get a drink of coffee or a cold drink other than water.

Hotel was just fab, staff were friendly and really helpful, breakfast was perfect (we only had bed and breakfast) and the hot tubs really made things great at the end of a hard days skiing. Constance was especially great in helping us with car park booking before we travelled and during the week we were there. The location is unbeatable, literally walk out the boot room, out the front of the hotel onto the ski slope and at the end of the day ski back to the front door, best ski in ski out experience ever!
The rooms are a bit basic and showers not that powerful and no English speaking tv channels at all, but really none of this was a problem since we do not spend much time in the room. I guess the TV language could be a problem if you were unwell and stuck in your room though.

great location and good value for money
food slightly basic but good overall

Location was fantastic. We asked for a quiet room and we got two rooms adjacent to each other which were super quiet. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Bathroom was tiny! Couldn't get a restaurant reservation any evening we were there as they were all booked up for package holidays.
3.8
the Hotel staff were extremely helpful
the rooms were not very clean, not enough toiletries - we had to ask for toilet rolls

Alexandre & Constance were very accommodating and pleasant! We got a room upgrade with a fantastic view of the mountains. The kids club was perfect, location was meters from the ski rental, ski school, and lifts. Perfect facility! merci!!
not enough big trash bins

location fantastic for the slopes. the breakfast was very generous and pretty decent overall, staff very helpful.
the rooms are very basic; small and uncomfortable beds/pillows, old carpet etc. stayed for four nights, and that is about the maximum you could stay. Although the bathroom was actually quite good.
the jacuzzi seemed to be mostly being cleaned while we were there - you have to book it and it’s only open about 2hrs a day.

Great location, proper ski in ski out. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff
Rooms were perfectly functional but basic.

Location: slope in/slope out-directly from/to the hotel.
Shop near by.
Food: lunch various and really good. Fish, cheese, salads, deserts. Breakfast not so various, but still good!
Clean and comfortable skis storage.
Dirty curtains in the room. Not nice smell in the room. No electric socket near by bed.

the breakfast and the hot tub
it was massively overpriced and my room felt like being in a basic hostel room. very very disappointed. no kettle or anything to make you remotely comfortable. terrible pillows. no drawers to put your clothes. massively disappointed
3.8
Room was well serviced in terms of shelves for clothes etc.
Only two power points, one of these was hanging on wires out of the wall.
Breakfast was often cold - ie scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms inedfible.
Breakfast coffee machine was constantly out of action.
Evening meal - often not enough of what was supposed to be on the menu, or cold.
3.8
Great location. Very convenient. Good food and bar
