The hotel location is exceptional by the park and very quiet. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the garage in the hotel basement was a big plus. The staff very friendly and professional.
I have no negative comment to make, we had a good travel experience at this hotel.

L'ensemble dont le petit déjeuner, la vue, la proximité du centre-ville, le personnel, la chambre
J'ai eu un peu mal au dos dans le lit

Super place to stay within an easy stroll of the centre and about 15 minutes to the chateau. The welcome was warm and the two staff members helped us cheerfully and efficiently. Cynthia was outstanding and took time and trouble to explain everything that Angers had to offer, enabling us to make the very most of our stay. And thank you, Cynthia, for the vin chaud recommendation. You were so right! Excellent, fresh breakfast. Comfortable, airy room overlooking the park. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

comfortable room
4.0
The rooms were large and comfortable big beds. The location was convenient to walk around town and see the main sites.
The parking was very convenient but would have been nice if no extra fee for this.
3.0
It was modern and good quality furniture
Thé disabled room had clearly not been tested with a disabled traveller. No way of anyone in a wheelchair making a cup of tea, as the facilities were up too high and we had to get staff to move furniture to access the bathroom
4.0
the parking, the friendliness of the staff, the location

nothing I disliked
5.0
Our stay from meeting the receptionist who was very helpful to booking out was excellent and the bonus was being able to park our car in the underground car park on the edge of town for no extra charge.
The air-conditioning was off but that was a bonus as it usually is too cold.

Out of date hotel, should not be classified as 4 stars. Everything in the room is outdated and bathroom not clean, breakfast with poor quality products.
The hotel itself is outdated and not meeting standards of 4 stars, very diassapointing.

The new street built in the city is new! and this helps a lot with good access for trains 👍
if you are an I.T professional and need to use a laptop all the time, the desktable inside room is horrible 😫

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable room with coffee making facilities. Good choice of room service food and a very tasty plate de jour. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Not from customs but the Irish pub opposite. Drunken youths singing and creating a disturbance outside the pub until 2.00am every night! Tip: Pay extra for a view onto a small scenic park.

Thé staff were very friendly and helpful even if understaffed
The room is not as advertised! Lack of soundproofing lead to a very disturbed night, the mini bar had one bottle of water in it and nothing else,we only had 2 small towels for evening and morning and could hear a rodent gnawing in the walls! The decor was drab and took minimalistic to the extreme. Very disappointed
4.5
The bed was comfortable, although quite high, surprised there was no walk in shower, but over the bath. For my wife that was a big minus!!!!!
Breakfast splendid, staff excellent
Shower over bath, my wife much prefers a walk in shower, safer and less likely to slip!!!!!!
