lovely hotel staff . Wanted to check out the hotel museum but hours were very limited so we didn't m

quiet, clean, room was fine but very hot and no fans available. Also, coffee machine was broken yet the Director refused to let us get coffee at the breakfast area (even offered to pay but didn't want full breakfast as we found it not worth the cost in terms of the offerings). FInally got reception to allow us to get hot water so we could use our instant coffee packets, but it was quite frustrating.

room was extremely hot and frustrating about the coffee machine shower leaked everywhere and flooded the bathroom and not enough towels

Offre vraiment intéressante. Petit-déjeuner complet et très bon. La carte du restaurant est excellente. Le lieu est extrêmement calme et reposant. L'organisation pour l'arrivée et le départ est très bien faite, les informations utiles sont données. Personnels bienveillants et d'une grande gentillesse.

Panne de Wi-Fi mais ce n'est pas vraiment "la faute" de l'établissement.

Très bon séjour dans une vaste chambre familliale.

Calme et spacieux, les lits sont confortables et le petit déjeuner copieux. La vue sur la cours intérieure est jolie. Le personnel est agréable. Il y a un parking assez grand. Il y a même un restaurant pour une soirée étape. Parfait pour les familles et les groupes!

Salle de bain à moderniser mais c'est du détail car propre et fonctionnelle.

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre : malgré son minimalisme, elle est propre, spacieuse, bien organisée (avec placard, étagère et bureau) et agréable. La salle de bain était également propre est spacieuse. L'emplacement est très bien, à 25 min de marche du centre ville ou 15 en tram. L’accueil était aimable et rapide. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

L'équipement est minimaliste, mais au vu du prix de la nuit c'est tout à fait compréhensible, et le confort, la praticité et la propreté était tout de même au rdv.

Great location, interesting building, free parking.

Good location. Spacious family room, with a curtain seperating kids beds for more privacy and light protection. Easy to find. Spacious car park. Nice grounds - it has its own garden with grapes growning.

I dont think there was the option for a cooked breakfast - that could have been my misunderstanding as we didnt have breakfast at the hotel.

The location is very calm and peaceful. The staff is lovely and friendly. The breakfast and dinner are amazing, and the parking is available on-site. The place is very clean.

Good location convenient to road network

Room was very hot though there was a small ventilator. Could not keep the window open at night as the room was above the rear garden. Got bitten by insects from the garden area. Also very difficult to get a coffee. Had to speak to reception first then go to the restaurant to get the coffee. Seemed to cause some consternation from the waiters. Needs a separate coffee machine in reception.

Excellent value for money

I think the property must have been a convent previously, surprisingly nice - spacious, very clean and excellent breakfast. The kids loved it.

The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff was helpful (we were able to print out tickets at the front desk)

Even on their lowest setting, the heaters in the room were on "full blast", which I did not find very energy efficient.

Great place interesting hotel, but could put some small details to make it even better.

The room was clean and the bathroom very tidy. Parking was free and easy to get to as it was just outside our room. The place was very interesting as it was a convent. The staff super friendly and very helpful. The walk to the city centre was nice and you get a great view of the castle and river, which you wouldn’t see otherwise.

I think a kettle would be good as you have to go down to the ground floor to get hot drink and by the time you get upstairs it’s cold. Although the shower is great, having just soap foam in the shower to wash yourself, it is a bit hard to wash your hair with it and my hair is not exactly long.

Disappointing, further out than advertised. Obviously a converted convent, could be much nicer.

Hotel is rather austere, Restaurant is very basic, although very cheap there are only 2 choices for each course.

The 17:00 check-in was very late, and the 09:00 check-out too early, particularly as I was only staying one night.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet, clean and modern room with lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. We slept soundly, and left feeling refreshed. The building is like an oasis of peace. Nice continental breakfast with tea, coffee, croissants, yogurt, jam, brie n ham. Car parking is available and leaving the car there till lunchtime on the last day was not a problem.

Didn't see any evidence of hot cooked food for breakfast and because we arrived a little too close to the end of service, I didn't ask if any was available. Needing to vacate the room by 9am is earlier than most but doable.
