A great stay at a great location, we have been here before and we will come back :)

Big clean room. A wonderful breakfast! Very friendly staff. Good value for money.

There is only one thing this hotel lacks, hooks for towels, that's it.

Geräumige Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadion.

Tolle Lage direkt am Stadion und nur ein paar Minuten vom Bahnhof. Sehr großes Zimmer.

Klimaanlage ohne Funktion.

it was a nice stay although the location was not that great.

The room 303 was very clean and the staff was friendly. There were some photo activities and games for the kids to enjoy.

NEVER NEVER NEVER again

The room is large, but stupidly designed. WC and bath are separate. Shower water leaks out to the floor. Furniture is randomly placed and very heavy to move

No AC. Ok First night it was unbearably hot and incompetent manger LOUIS said he would offer me a free drink. Brought up a tiny table fan that was broken. Replace with another tiny table fan but no outlet to plug near bed

One of the best stay close to central Paris via 10mins trains

As expected Novotel is always like best. It is one of the best rooms I have been in Novotel. Large TV screen was cool. Just 10mins by central gate du Nord station then 15mins walk.

It is likely little over prized, may be to its location just opposite to the stadium. Breakfast could be priced down.

The room was a good size for 3 people

The toilet and bathroom were separate from one another . It was on opposite sides of the room. The staff seemed new so things took slightly longer to action

Great place for families with a few nice restaurants close by.

The room is a good size, comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when my daughter left her retainer in the room and they were very helpful in facilitating its return.

we had breakfast one morning and it was over subscribed. There was a delay in replenishing the food and there was a lack of plates and cutlery. People were eating cereal out of mugs!

Nice hotel.

Easy staying holiday, very keen and helpful staff, just 500 from RER.B train station. Room was spacious with small kitchen facilities

It was hard to find it when I arrived but that was me not using Google maps at the beginning of the trip.

overall a nice stay

+bed was very comfortable +2nd day after we arrived the room was cleaned very well, and it looked like when we checked in +due to location it is easy to get around Paris using public transport +coffee machine in the room, coffee replaced everyday along with the single use cups +free bottled water for the coffee machine

-cleaning can be better during stay: the 3rd day our room was not hoovered and the bath was not cleaned. my son ate a pain au chocolate in bed before heading out, we rushed and not made up the bed; when we came the bed was made but there were crumbs in bed… - it would be nice to change the sheets after 2 nights

the room was a good size and the shower was lovely, the beds were also comfortable

I would not recommend this hotel unless you are staying one night for an event in stade de France. The location was not good, very few restaurants etc. The staff were not very helpful one man in particular on front desk was extremely rude. the cleaner accidentally threw away our belongings and he made no effort to recover it and actually stated he did not care it was only a bag and it’s in the trash. I would not recommend this hotel it is tatty and tiered looking

rooms are very nice and comfy, also room sizes are excellent. breakfast is fairly good. you can reach anywhere with taxi from here. excellent location for business trip.
