The staff was great
Room size, cleanliness level, the shower and sink were in the room, we had to talk to staff to turn the heater on

It was clean and modern with lovely staff throughout our stay who were very helpful :)
On the first night as we got into paris late we decided to have a takeaway and watch tv but find it quite difficult to us and the smart tv didn’t work as it wouldn’t connect to the internet

Due to the constructions going on for the Olympics the location was a little obstructed and had to walk about a kilometre to access public transport. but other than that it wasnt much of a problem

The street works made it difficult to reach but otherwise all good

Great facilities, kitchen, laundry, bar and an area for playing games (both kids and adults)

The room was as advertised. Everything was clean and neat. Love the decor in the reception area.
Avoid this area, drug addicts under the bridge on the way from the nearest metro and bus station. Take next station front populaire 15 mins walk to avoid walking under the bridge. Area was hard to book an uber, drivers keep cancel cause it was kind not reachable.

Hotel itself is fine. Rooms are very clean and staff changed our bedding and cleaned the room very well. Reception staff was also helpful.
Despite rooms being clean, they are also very, very small. Don't expect to be able to even walk around easily. But the worst thing is the location. It is a very rough neighborhood with lots of homeless people. Streets are dirty and smell of urine and other human waste. We ended up taking an Uber from the hotel to the nearest metro station every day because we didn't want to walk around. Hotel does have a security guard at the entrance in the evenings so it is safe once you are there.

the facilities were good, no complains there. But the LOCATION….
The location was probably the sketchiest place I’ve been in my life. drug addicts and homeless people everywhere, did not feel safe at any moment in the day

the staff where extremely nice
the location is terrible the breakfast didn’t have much variety and the shower was leaking into the room

I really like the location, very close to the metro and you can go to Montmartre in 20 minutes
The rooms were clean.
Big parking and a few places to park in front.
it is quite scary for a woman to come to the hotel at night by feet in this neighborhood. It isn’t very safe so you need to be careful.

To get to hotel wasn't pleasant passing through homeless people, facilities in room was basic to say least

The area was terrible - not safe to walk in at all. We took taxis back every night because of this. The hotel is also located on the outskirts of tow - min.30 transport to all activities.
All dialogue we had with front desk was rude and un-attentive. We brought our concern about the area to the night manager, who bluntly replied "You are just scared".
When booking our taxi to the airport, the front desk charged a 15€ commission on the ride without informing us.
There are many good options for accommodation in Paris - this isn't one of them...

That i had a roof over my head.
The location was horrific. We checked in late and needed an iron that we got from reception. However, they would not accept card for the €10 deposit and we had to walk 10 minutes to the nearest bank machine. I travel a lot and I’ve never felt so unsafe in my life. Full of homeless and in a really unsafe place. Wouldn’t recommend. 10 minutes - 20 minutes walk to the nearest metro so if you’re travelling alone, please spend the extra cash and get a safer hotel closer to the centre.
The rooms were basic and small (fine, you get what you pay for) but the rooms were freezing. I had to sleep in a jumper every night and wrap up in bed. In fact, it was that cold, we had to put the shower on every night to get the room warm. There was a radiator in the room but when we informed reception it didn’t work, they just said they can’t do anything about it and neither could we. Apparently they control when the heating comes on etc.
We was told that the room would be cleaned daily. However, this was just making the bed. We were given dirty sheets to begin with as our sheets had blood on them.
Overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Paris in itself is a lovely city with so much to do.

location excellent- metro nearby. Riad constructions going on with a lot of homeless/people living on the street which gives un unsafe feeling with the family…

The staff was very pleasant and nice, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good as well. Bed and shower 5 stars ;)
The location, we didnt feel safe to walk to the metro station or anywhere around the hotel, we used uber all the time. The surroundings are the only negative point.

The hotel has been promoted untruthfully. the pictures does not reflect the standard of the hotel. the staff were very rude and not welcoming. the toilet in the room I was given was blocked with nasty stuff and smelt really bad. poor customer service throughout my trip. the location was very dangerous and had a lot of police patrolling and loads of drug addicts. very unsafe and scary for a family.
