4.0
cleanliness, room well equipped for short stays
worst wi-fi / internet connection experience I’ve had in many years

I do not recommend this place. The staff is not trained in good manners.
3.0
Clean, breakfast was excellent.
Location was bad. Unfortunately I am unfamiliar with Bordeaux. 15 min walk to the tram line through an industrial estate, did not always feel safe walking through the area. Room was clean but basic and given the location, room rate > 100 euros per night was a surprise. If you are planning on exploring Bordeaux via public transport - I would not recommend this hotel, I had to use Uber a lot which cost more. In addition, hotel not in the centre, difficult when planning activities on the last day and managing our luggage before our flight.

Clean room
Having to pay 200 euro deposit because we had a dog. We didn't inspect the room to see if it was damaged by earlier occupant. When we checked out at 8am we were told the room would be checked before 12 for the refund. This is totally unacceptable and would certainly stop us from booking again. We left the room clean and tidy with no damages at all but we have to trust your staff. We should have been able to inspect the room together before we left.

the hotel staff were perfect
3.0
Good helpful staff.Room and bed was good.
The location was terrible in the industrial area and red light area.
2.5
we had a very loud night with bikers bbq nxt door. wasn’t what we where hoping for
location is a bit far and the building a bit odd
4.0
Friendly, flexible, helpful. Good breakfast, safe parking, good for travellers on the go.
Very difficult to order a taxi to downtown. A more expensive uber was available though.
3.5
There was private parking through a gate which needed a code to get in.
The rooms were of good size with a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment and bathroom with a good size bath and a separate room/door for the toilet. The beds were extremely comfortable and large allowing a great nights sleep. The Windows also open fully, something not common in hotels, which made a big difference.
The Hotel is also in walking distance (15min) of the tram line C which takes you into Bordeaux city centre, there is also a small car park closer to the station if needed.
The staff could have been politer, when asked questions the answers were short and sometimes unhelpful. There is also no maid service if you stay two nights (maybe if you stay longer they will make up your room).
0.5
The staff were friendly but the majority did not go out of their way to help, except Laurance.
The location is dreadful in an industrial part of town. There is nowhere to eat unless you drive. The rooms were very small and even though we had booked a SUITE, it was tiny and no door between the bed and lounge area. There was no wardrobe, only a small area to hang clothes. The carpet in the room had bad stains and was very old and thin. The kitchen sink was not even big enough to wash a plate. We had a disabled room/shower and the water went all over the floor making it dangerously slippery. The staff were less than helpful with issues connecting to the internet and the washing machine.

not much
No reception between 11pm and 7am. had to come in and out through a stars at this time. bags were too heavy for this.
they wanted a deposit for the room on top of payment
no facilities in this hotel even though the pictures say otherwise
4.0
Easy check in
Clean room
Bar service
Comfortable
Comfy bed
99 percent quiet
The air conditioning in another room kept going on and off or something which kept us awake most of the night - other than that quiet night sleep
3.5
Very poor location
2.5
Easy access from the highway. Friendly reception staff
Old and uncomfortable matresses. It was very hot that day and the AC did not cool the room sufficiently, even left on all night at max. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, it is in an industrial area, should have checked on google maps before.
4.0
The room was big enough and the personal was very kind and helpfull. There is a parking place.
The view from the window was over the roof of some industry building.
4.5
The receptionist was super helpful - booking a taxi to collect my son and family from the station, serving dinner and drinks and answering all our queries with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable and the location good for people driving through, with free parking. Good value for money.
It is a bit out of the way for those wanting to see Bourdeaux and not masses of places to eat close by.
3.0
One of the girls in the reception was super helpful and nice. Large rooms and kitchen within the rooms
The location was not great. Was in an industrial area behind a motorcycle store. Quite far from public transits.
2.5
reception staff and the room
very little it was in a derelict area with poor access to public transport ,the appearance of hotel was enough to put one off staying!
3.5
Not a single item of food available. Surely something microwaveable
4.5
comfort and room size
distance from city center
5.0
The hotel and staff were excellent and very friendly
Not the best area to walk dogs. The lift was broken and there don't appear to be any facilities in the local area.
