Très mauvaise expérience de cette chaîne...

L'emplacement

Fuite dans le parking des eaux usées de l'hôtel! Nous sommes sortis de la voiture, odeurs nauséabonde mais ce n'était pas le pire, nous avons dû marcher dans les eaux remplis d'escrémant et de papier toilette et le pire c'est que nous avons eu cette odeur d'égout dans l'appartement tout le séjour!!! HONTEUX !!! Proposition d'une autre chambre, car oui je ne l'ai pas dit, le clic lac ne s'ouvrait plus! On s'est serré dans les lit, mais ça n'aurait pas changé grand chose, tout le monde se plaignait de l'odeur, sauf au 4eme étage!! Le personnel, pas méchant mais renvoi tout vers le responsable qui n'est pas présent! Aucun geste commercial pour tout cela! A FUIR!

Disappointing

Front desk folks were nice.

Room was dirty and very hot. Shower was bad. We were given the wrong code to retrieve our keys had to chase down manager at 1 a..m.

Superb

Good location close to the tram, supermarket and restaurants, 10 min ride to Bordeaux city center. Friendly staff and the place had a nice view!

Very good

Near tram B stop. Clean and well laid out apartment. Breakfast was very good. Good location away from centre. Public transport system very good and great value. 9 Euro for 48 hour pass includes buses, trams and boats. Seamed to be limited to 5 rides a day. Need to check. Bordeaux beautiful city worth visiting Le Cite du Vin.

I would definitely choose Teneo for my next visit in Bordeaux

I really loved the location, near the tram station The room was big enough for one, even two people!

The fact that there was no A/C, because during midday it was a bit hot! But you could open the window and it was more than ok!

Comfortable and good location for Talence.

Good location for a conference at Université de Bordeaux. Nice restaurants and bars in the area too. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

I couldn't fix the shower head to the wall. Had to hold the shower head.

The hotel apartment is well located for our purposes (1 night) with a supermarket near by and restaurants around where to order food.

Looking at the pictures and the reality of the room, it defers quite a bit. On the website pictures the apartment has a table in the room with a TV, some nice pictures on the walls, a warm atmosphere, some lamps and new appliances. The toilet is huge but in not so good condition. Maybe that's why they don't have pictures.... The room is good size but much colder atmosphere than in the pictures.

Positive experience going to Talence

Convenient location to go working at the university campus nearby. Small but resourceful "Forum" plaza just below, and well connected to anything else in Bordeaux via tramway B line.

Bathroom definitely needs refreshing... Nothing dramatic, but it can't be left unsaid for the price of the stay.

Very poor

It is not what they are selling . No wi-fi. The picture that are presented on the bookong site a not picturing the aprtments and we were accomodated in totaly difrent apartment that we originaly booked. In one sentence CATASTROFY AND DISASTER. Dont go there.
