Très belle chambre et emplacement idéal Buffet petit déjeuner bien complet

Personnel pas très sympa au petit déjeuner. Et dommage que le dimanche soir, pas de restaurant ni bar. Mais c'était bien indiqué à la réservation

Die Lage war gut, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Comfortable enough one night stop over

Comfortable enough for a one night stay. Nice location, we walked along the river to a pretty local public garden

No air con and the room was quite warm. There was a fan provided which helped some No kettle or drink making facilities in the room. There was a coffee machine in the hall but that’s no good when you want a nice hot drink when already changed for bed

Beautiful spot that was a good jumping off point for exploring Düsseldorf!

This was an absolutely beautiful room! So much charm and we loved having access to the outdoors. The staff was amazing—especially the lovely woman from the front desk who went out of her way to accommodate our desire for a later breakfast time after a difficult day of travel.

Exceptional

The staff. They were really nice and treated me with so much respect. Especially in the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was good but if they had more variety that would have been great. Also the shower was not really clean but that's up to me because I need the place where I take a shower to be super clean and I saw some black spots. Also it looked really nice on the pictures but it wasn't the case. The garden was not clean and they didn't really take care of the garden which I think if they did the place would have been so worth it.

Nice hotel near Messe and Nordpark

Nice hotel close to river, Messe and Nordpark. Very calm area of family houses. Walking distance from public transport is around 6min. Bottle of water in the room, also Nespresso facilities, which is prefect. Furniture is stylish, but little too much for small room. Quite soft bed. Staff was helpful, breakfast very good, meal in restaurant excellent. Wi-Fi very good working. Thank you.

Great Stay

Friendly staff, lovely interior and decor, Nice and comfortable rooms. The shower was hot and powerful.

The water from the shower tray didn't go down fast and spilled over easily.

Except for the high floor room, a very pleasant stay indeed.

The staff, the owner, the kitchen would rate the restaurant very high, superb food indeed.

Unfortunately we got one of the rooms on the third floor with a loft, probably not a problem for youngsters, but a challenge for slightly older folks. Looked in to some other rooms and recommend this hotel as long as you reserve a room based on your physical abilities. Stress the fact that the loft rooms are a challenge and could out dangerous!!! Only for people in top physical conditions.

Very disappointing

The room was ok.

At reception (after over 6h driving) we were told that the restaurant was closed on Sunday. When we expressed our disappointment and asked where we could eat the girl just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. She was rude, incompetent and did not care about her tired guests. A disgrace to the establishment. The curtains in the room are thin and white, the lights in the garden were on the entire night making it as bright as daylight in the room in the night and difficult to sleep. This room and staff were not worth the high price. Very disappointing.

Exceptional

We were there for the Glasstec Fair. The hotel is 15 min walk from the Messe. It is located in a very nice and calm neighborhood. There is a wonderful park very close. The hotel is very charming. The room was very cozy and stylish with a very nice garden in front of it. We had a coffee machine and a bottle of water every day, free of charge. We had everything we need for a pleasant stay. The hosts were very kind. The restaurant is perfect. The food was excellent and the wine was also. I am looking forward to coming back again.

The breakfast could be richer.

Great stay at a lovely, dog-friendly boutique hotel…sure we’ll be back!

Great breakfast, good location to public transport to centre of Düsseldorf. Absolutely fantastic garden with a gem of a pool and sun terrace!

Was ok but we can get much better value for money at other places so we won’t come back.

Great location, nice garden with pool if set up properly and not blocked by a wedding party

Breakfast was best case youth hostel style. Some snappy comments from breakfast service staff and at check in. Bathroom smelled horrible. Everything seemed more run down and careless than when we had stayed a couple of years ago.

Very good

The location is super nice, I tiny hidden gem in the heart of the city.

I did ask specifically 2 rooms next to each other or communicating ( we were traveling with 2 small kids). They gave us 2 rooms very close but not next as requested. I couldn’t leave the kids alone in a room so fare so we had to sleep separately each one with a kid. Not a very nice choice from the hotel. Very noisy guest that didn’t let us sleep properly (music going on very late).

Superb

Small nice hotel with a very nice vibe. The room is not very big, but you have all the basics for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is 15 EUR, but the diversity is really small.

Good distance to fair ground, unusual furnishings, nothing for you if you like a clean optic

The breakfast wasn’t welcoming and if there was any special wish (like an egg), the staff was enjoyed and unfriendly.
