Personal an der Bar, Dusche in Zi 143 so schlecht abgedichtet, dass halber Raum unter Wasser steht- dadurch mehr Handtuchverbrauch

Sehr schön!

Sehr angenehm großes Zimmer, sehr großer Flurbereich, dafür aber relativ kleines Bad, allerdings auch völlig ausreichend. Ganz tolles Frühstück mit überdruchschnittlich großem Vegan-Angebot

nur zwei Aufzüge im Haus, davon am Abreisetag (Sonntag) einer defekt, Rep. erschein schwierig. Ich nutzte an sich nie Aufzüge, laufe aus Gründen der Fitness imer die Treppe (warum müsssen in großen Hotels die Treppenhäuser eigentlich immer derartig häßlich sein und nur als Fluchtweg konzipiert worden sein???). Sehr, sehr enge Parkboxen in der TG

Sehr schönes Hotel

Die perfekte Lage, direkt an der Spree. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen ohne Autoverkehr. In wenigen Minuten hat man viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Auch die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, perfekt für einen Städtetrip.

Die Lage - direkt an der Spree mit grandiosem Ausblick, nahe der S-Bahn-Station Bellevue, aber auch Hauptbahnhof, Tiergarten, Brandenburger Tor, Siegessäule und natürlich das Schloss Bellevue sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen - halbwegs gut zu Fuß muss man natürlich sein. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, Bett und Kissen bequem. Schön war auch die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hat gefehlt. Der Fitnessraum liegt im 9. Stock und ist nicht klimatisiert, die Fenster sind - da so weit oben - nur zu kippen. An heißen Tagen wird es daher so warm im Raum, dass an Training nicht zu denken ist.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Traumhafter Ausblick zur Flussseite!

Die Matratze war für mein Bedürfnis etwas zu weich. Die Dusche ist altmodisch, kein Fenster im Bad.

Śniadanie było smaczne

W pokoju nie działała klimatyzacja, a na zewnątrz było ponad 30 stopni. Przyjechaliśmy na jedną noc będąc w podróży. Po zgłoszeniu problemów technicznych otrzymałem propozycje, że mogę dostać wiatrak - w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu… poza wiatrakiem, brak jakiejkolwiek rekompensaty za nie przespaną noc i niesprawny technicznie pokój. Pokój po remoncie, natomiast sama łazienka o niskim standardzie, najtańsza plastikowa, cieknąca armatura i cieknący prysznic - cała podłoga w łazience jest mokra co utrudnia korzystanie z pokoju.

Clean. Friendly and great location

Expensive breakfast which wasn’t worth the money. Room was very hot aircon and wasn’t great. No fridge in room, hotel drinks to buy for room were expensive.

Hotel schön und ruhig gelegen.

Schönes Hotel, sehr ruhig. Alles sauber.

Familie Zimmer (2 Etagen) ist das 2 Bett etwas zu klein für junge Erwachsene. Leider in der 2 Etage kein Schrank und Klima ging oben auch nicht (oben warm unten etwas kälter). Kühlschrank leider nicht richtig kalt geworden (obwohl auf 7 gestanden hat).

Probably won’t visit again

Housekeeping were behind our door every morning around 8 o’clock. Since we were on a vacation we would have liked to sleep a little long… this was terribly disturbing. Reception staff on the day of arrival weren’t very welcoming with us. Felt little like a burden.. that is sad.

The air conditioner made loud squeaky noises during the entire stay. we asked the front desk to switch rooms/ help us fixed the problem but they told us to do it ourselves and was not able to move us to a different room because it was fully booked. the tutorial on how to rid the noise did not work very well either and it seems like it was not their first complaint about AC noise. not sure why they did not just fix the AC conditions.

The location is great! Just at the river the Spree. Metro is close by, nice hotel room.

Good value and great location

The bed was good, so was the pillow. The lobby provided free lemon water. Pickup baggage at the end also was smooth.

(1) The room firstly assigned to us was not clean, quite dusty. Then we requested for a help to either clean the room or change a room; however, it took more than 30 min that we finally got another room. (2) the flush of the toilet is semi-broken: the water cannot be stopped properly. (3) no swimming pool

Breakfast was not included and bit expensive compared to local prices. The most important thing was my husband got belly issues and pain afterwords.
