A classic hotel in a paradise

Breakfast was wonderful. Location is good, it is just on the main street. Not too far from train stations. Room was comfortable and cozy.

I would prefer better furnitures in the room, notably bigger table and more chairs, for dinner in the room.

Could have been perfect

Nice central location.

Bed for 12 year old not for a grown man. Why do most european hotels insist of giving you children beds when you book a single? The most important thing when booking a room will always be the bed.

We loved warming up in the sauna, the location and the large balcony overlooking the mountains. Everything was great!

Room with Great view on great location but mediocre services

View from the balcony. We got superior double room(204), and the view of Eiger from balcony was amazing.

Hotel had no room service, so if you wanted anything to drink or eat, you had to go downstairs and bring yourself(although empty plates were cleaned up by house keeping next morning) . No coffee machine on rooms, which made it really difficult for us as we are heavy coffee drinker. Staffs were really friendly, except one, which I found a bit rude.. But maybe that was because she was handling restaurant alone on Thursday evening.. And it was busy.

Very nice property with beautiful views and nice breakfast.

Location was fabulous

Bathroom did not have shampoo and body wash. Bathroom door a challenge to close and open to get out.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is very near to the train station. Nice breakfast, it could be better if the breakfast variety is not repeating everything.

We highly recommend this hotel for comfort, location and excellent staff!

Beautiful room with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with a juicer! Close to trains, gondolas and grocery stores.

I would stay there again.

the staff was really nice! They helped me a lot when I was not sure which activities I wanted to do, where to hike, etc. They were so friendly! The hotel is situated very nicely, only short walking distances to the cool activities.

No things that were bad.

Hear hear for Hirshen

The reception staff were excellent, looking after a bag for me while I went for a week ski touring. Excellent selection of food at breakfast.

Reception hours and breakfast could have been earlier as I needed to be on the first lift for the ski tour. I also incurred the wrath of the restaurant manager depositing my bag behind the reception desk, evidentially a faux Pas. I was only trying to be helpful as she was busy attending guests. But my good intentions were lost in translation.

The room was great, the balcony in the afternoon is exposed to the sun. It's perfect to chill for a moment and appreciate the sun after a long day on the slopes.

The stuff was very friendly. The location of hotel is excellent. Everything is close to the hotel: restaurants, shops, grocery stores, trails. The view from the window was amazing.

People who lived above us, made a lot of noise. And people who lived in the hotel in front of us were screaming until 2am.

Wonderful stay.

location, breakfast and the size of the room.

The extractor fan in the toilet was very loud when the main toilet light was on... thus we used basically the mirror light. The room was very nice though. One lady that was serving the breakfast was not so nice when I asked how to use the machine they have to prepare natural juice... I understood she was alone at the moment but still... She helped though.

The customer service was great. We also enjoyed our breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel was in a good location and not far from the train station too. We arrived in our car and was able to park near by. Will definitely come back if we go to the Alps again!

Our 1st night when we arrived, there was a street party going on right out side of the hotel which was not the hotel’s fault but we were kept up till 3:30 am due to a large and very loud group leaving the disco across the street. 😩 Other than that, no complaints.
