I love Capthrone , it’s my hotel and I have recommended it to millions

Cleanliness The house keeping team Ramadan and hafiz are well Mannered , respectful and super clean

The reception calling all the time to remind me about check out , I dnt know if that’s the policy but once we check in the hotel , we clearly know the check out timings , there is no need of disrupting our sleep by giving constant calls

I highly recommend the hotel. It is in an ideal location and has very good facilities.

The staff are very friendly, the hotel is in an ideal location near several restaurants, shops, and the city center. The hotel has family friendly facilities and 24hr room service. It is easy to get taxis near the hotel.

Just suggestions: Aircon settings in the room could not be adjusted to make the room cooler. The pillows were slightly too big for neck and head comfort.

It was a worst 4 star hotel experience in my life

Breakfast and location only

This was the worst 4 star hotel experience in my life, first of all the Cashier Sayed was showing too much partiality to us. I saw that he was behaving very nicely to English travelers, he was showing an attitude like we came there through some freebies. When I enquired on this chat, the breakfast cost was 55AED per person but he charged 65 per person. The room was okay but the washrooms were pathetic, especially the taps, hot water was not coming properly and not draining the water from the floor( you need to make changes on the draining holes).

During our stay, we had the pleasure of encountering an exceptional staff member, C. Lutful. His professionalism and attentiveness made a significant difference in our overall experience. C. Lutful consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met every day. His polite demeanor and dedication to his job were truly remarkable. If I were the manager, I would highly recommend considering him for a supervisory role, as his exceptional service and evident motivation make him a valuable asset to the hotel.

Unforgettable Stay: Exceptional Service and Prime Location at Our Hotel

I stayed at the hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. The receptionists were extremely helpful - very friendly and accommodating. This really made a great first impression and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The staff as a whole were very professional and welcoming. The room was also very clean every day, and the towels were changed regularly. The bed was comfortable and well-equipped - it really improved the quality of my sleep. The location of the hotel was also excellent. It was located in a bustling part of town, with many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within walking distance. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at your hotel. The hospitality of the staff and the excellent service were truly commendable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you!

Super clean and comfy place!

The beds were super comfy and the bedroom was spacious. The bathroom was clean and the bedroom had coffee facilities. The staff were very helpful when checking in and out, including their porter service.

The water pressure was too low.
