立地がよくオススメしたいホテル

スタッフ（特にドアマン、清掃の方、朝食会場の方）の対応がとても良く、ロビーはすごくいい香りがしていました。ホテルの立地が大きなモールにも近く徒歩で行けたのでとても助かりました。

敢えていうとバスタブがあれば良かったかと‥（バスタブ付きの部屋もあるかもしれませんが）あと金曜の夜だけ？クラブでパーティがあったのか、6階まで音が響いていたのでそこは音を小さくしてほしかったです。

Im going to be a regular at the Taj Clubhouse. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. There is really well curated art in the common areas and the gym was equipped with all the necessary equipment. Will use the pool the next time I stay at the clubhouse.

When I think of staying in Chennai, very difficult to decide to stay elsewhere!

Excellent location, excellent facilities and great staff. Some of the great staff members include Front office - Santhiya, Martha, Usman, Puja, Shrishti and others Clubhouse - Karthik, Marudhu, Nikita and Vicky and others The flautist Venkataraman Security - Shivalik and Uttam Housekeeping - Subhajit and others I just love their breakfast spread!

In my many visits here on work - nothing that I didn’t like!

A Complete Disaster - for us!

What an absolute nightmare! Booking this hotel was a huge mistake, hoping for a pleasant stay but ending up in a frustrating ordeal. The hotel had inconsistent rates across different websites, making it impossible to book a room with breakfast. After calling their reservations team, I was advised to book the room for INR 6300 and add breakfast for INR 1300 for my family. However, after booking, I was told I’d need to pay INR 1300 per person, totaling INR 5200 plus tax—more than the room itself! The staff was unhelpful, arguing that I made the mistake. Because I booked through Booking.com, I was treated poorly and had to argue with the duty manager, who eventually found a rate between breakfast and dinner, ignoring any discounts. He even argued that my 14-year-old was an adult, making the booking invalid. I was exhausted and agreed to pay INR 9000 just to end the hassle. Upon check-in, we were treated like criminals, asked to produce passports, visas, and IDs, which took almost an hour. The staff showed no sympathy for our situation. After finally getting to our room, it wasn’t worth the hype. We called for fruits at 7 PM, but they didn’t arrive until 11 PM after numerous calls. The restaurants and bar were deserted, and the prices were outrageous. The staff didn’t even know what a pint size was! The next morning, we were reprimanded for not having full swimming gear at the pool. Breakfast was the only decent part, with a good selection of items. Thankfully, check-out was smooth. In summary, avoid this hotel unless you’re prepared to follow every rule or have plenty of cash to burn. This experience was beyond disappointing—it was a complete disaster!

Need lots of improvement

Staff and service. Worst for taj group. Very slow service and they are focusing on money than service. Bar was supposed to open until 3am. However, was closed and shut by 11:26pm. No one was there to sort out anything. However for check they were keep calling from 12pm non stop until I check out. Should have shown with rest of the service

As per online uploaded photos of the room, was expecting a bigger bathroom, it was bit congested and small. So I did not liked the bathroom, it is quite small.

A Comfortable Stay

The entire staff of the hotel did a great job of making me feel welcomed. I loved the marble bathroom and comfy bed.

The prices in the restaurant were astonishingly high. In some cases, quality of the food was exceptional, in some cases not at all. The fish curry did not measure up.

Lovely hotel and staff, just need to sort out the noise on Saturday nights.

Locality and staff.

Being kept awake Saturday night, by night club on top of the Taj hotel, until 4am. This was a real shame as it spoilt the stay for us.

Dirty outdoors- vomit on floor when I stepped out for morning stroll. Loud music with a loud group very inebirated smoking n checking butts around you n drinking openly as well- The whole place made me feel very unsafe. The lift doorman winked at me to rush back to the safety of my room! Frightening experience-

Rooms needs modernisation and better cleaning

We are regulars at this place. This time was staying there for my sons birthday. I told that to the check in manager and he said he would do his best. We were tired after a long journey. He allocated two rooms , which needs a lot of modernisation and they were quite dirty. Upon discussion, he agreed to change it another room that was also quite dirty, with a sofa with stain marks, old tactic, room required a lot of modernisation. Another manager promised on the following day, upgrade to different room with payment . I happily accepted as at-least one day a pleasant stay at a clean room before going to temples. On that day, when requested to change to different room. The manager on that day told us, giving an excuse that room is not available. Further on checking in , ordered a chocolate fudge cake, asking it to be delivered at 8 am. That never got delivered, and a vanilla cream cake was sent. Changing rooms multiple times is time consuming and tiring , particularly when on a packed schedule. One staff in particular, Sristhi took a lot of time and effort to make things better. Our sincere gratitude for her. I suggest that some staff require retraining on communication skills, and listening. Further rooms require modernisation and better cleaning.

The service has improved so much. I would like to appreciate that. House keeping and room service both were very good. And would like to appreciate shristi at the reception who did my check out.
