EXCELLENT

Hygenic homely food, prepared there itself and so tasty The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they are so kind, courteous and helpful it makes it a pleasure to stay here. Rooms are Neat and clean.

Very good hotel.

Very warm and courteous staff. Rooftop breakfast is very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Good WiFi.

Location is on block surrounded by busy traffic.

Good hospitality but can be improved on the facility side.

The staff was super polite, helpful and friendly always. They made the stay very home like and comfortable.

The room could have used a bit more cleanliness in the bathroom and basic things were missing like a dental kit or atleast a toothpaste. The balcony rails were not clean.

Exceptionally good hotel at Nungambakkam, opposite to Loyola college

This location is very close to Loyola college, TNagar and Kodambakkam. The Cleanliness of the room. . Facilities including bed, bath, shower and Air-conditioning. Breakfast service was exceptional and very friendly staffs. With no doubt I would choose Treebo Trench ( Pechis Castle) at Nungambakkam without any second thought!

Nothing major to be called out. May be mosquitoes spotted in a while but Allout machi es helped in that case.

The rooms were clean

It's not a typical hotel. It's an apartment converted hotel. Rooms are basically in a 3bhk apartment, shared with other guests, but with private bathrooms. The breakfast could be better.

Staff behavior, breakfast, wifi, hot water kettle, bathrooms, coffee tea making provisions are good.

Location no near by hotels, outside of the rooms cleanliness is bad, smaller room size, price is not valuable for this smaller room, no sofas for sitting.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, they are so kind, courteous and helpful it makes it a pleasure to stay here. They have excellent local knowledge and were able to help with any special requests and travel arrangements. The rooms are spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. The food was delicious and it is a pleasure to have breakfast up on the roof. Five stars for this hotel I can’t fault it!

An affordable hotel where you can feel safe and looked after

we were on route to somewhere else and needed to break the journey. This hotel was perfect. It was clean and safe and within our budget Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The staff (especially on reception) were very friendly and helpful. The receptionist organised our follow on transport and was very efficient.

I didn’t like the road outside which was very busy and almost impossible to cross

very bad. left the hotel after seeing the room. nothing like it looked on the website and photos.

the rooms were dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. it was an Air-b&b trying to pass off as an Hotel. the tables were broken, walls were dirty. Asked for a double bed, the man just joined 2 beds and passed them off as a queen double bed. The manager left on sunday afternoon. the roof too was dingy and dark with poor lighting.

The staff was very very polite, helpful, respectful. Whatever we asked for we got in our rooms. Everyone including the gate security personnel were very polite and helpful. A great stay indeed
