Gutes Hotel und super Lage.

Das Frühstück war ganz gut. Eine passende Auswahl an Speisen etc. wurde gut angerichtet. Leckere Würstchen und Palatschinken. Super Personal und freundlicher Service. Zimmer war auch gut und sauberes Bad. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum.

Kopfkissen hätten weicher sein können.

Für 3 Tage / Nächte war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Die Lage zur Stadt ist sehr gut.

Im Zimmer könnten z.B. Haken für Jacken zum aufhängen angebracht werden, genauso im Bad für Handtücher.

Maličkosti dělají velké rozdíly.

Reakce na ožralé, nechutně se chovající hosty z “NDR” byla super! Snídaně TOP Personal na recepci velmi vstřícný a ochotný 1*!!

Některé technické řešení na pokoji K6, vstupní hale, jídelně nejsou domyšlená nebo nedotažená do konce. Kódovací zámky nepůsobily důvěryhodné a jejich obsluha nebyla úplně 100%…

Alles neu und geräumig, voll ausgestattwt, zentral und Parkmöglichkeit.

Sehr harte Matrazen, wir konnten nicht schlafen und das Schlafsofa zu eng für 2 Leute.

Průměrné ubytovaní se špatným poměrem ceny k jeho kvalitě.

Klidné prostředí zasazené v lokalitě blízko samého centra. Vynikající snídaně s velkou nabídkou pokrmů včetně příjemného prostředí při její konzumaci. Ložní prádlo voňavé a čisté a v pokoji příjemná vůně.

Velmi nás zklamalo placené parkovaní z odkazem na to, že většina ubytování má toto v ceně ubytování. Poškozený a nevhodně zvolený koberec. V koupelně ulomené madlo a nevhodně řešená koupelna skrze umístění doplňků. V celém pokoji pouze jeden velmi malý až miniaturní koš na odpadky. Malá variabilita osvětlení pokoje. Žádná možnost k ovonění po použití toalety.

Sosta a Pilzen.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Pilzen, a poco piu di 10 minuti a piedi dalla fabbrica della birra. Struttura pulita e accogliente, personale gentile, camera silenziosa, bagno pulito, con bollitore e lattina.di.birra di benvenuto, oltre che a un drink offerto da poter prendere al ristorante accanto all'hotel. Manca l'ascensore, avevamo letto nei servizi per cui eravamo disposti a fare le scale a piedi. Colazione degna.di una nota di merito in più, è possibile farsi un centrifugato di frutta fresca espressa. Scelta ampia sia.dolce che salata, presentazione curata Parcheggio privato a pagamento proprio sotto la struttura. Consigliato.

L'aria condizionata non era presente nella nostra stanza.

Ich würde es wieder machen

Das Apartment war wirklich sehr sehr schön! Ein anständiges Bad mit toll eingelassener Badewanne, es war alles schön hell freundlich! Hat gut gepasst :-) bis auf keinen Fahrstuhl aber in einem renovierten Altbau ist das zu verkraften und die 3 Stockwerke haben sich dafür gelohnt ;-)

The staff were very helpful, especially as we had a few small issues with the parking and the door to the room. They were overcome quickly and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The apartment was very large and comfortable, it had air conditioning which was very appreciated on a hot weekend. The location is good , most places in Pilsen could be reached in a 10-20 minute walk. The breakfast was quite good with a lot of options.

The shower in the bathroom was quite small even though the bathroom was huge! The bath in the bathroom is a normal bath and not a jacuzzi.

Nice hotel!

Very nice and welcoming staff, convenient location right next to the synagogue. It was just a few minutes walk to the center of town. Also the bed was very comfy and the breakfast had a large and tasty selection!

The coffee did not taste good, but that is a minor complaint!

Superb

This hotel has a central location and we were really impressed by the breakfast offer. The room was clean and the beds were spacious for a family of four, given the price which we found was very friendly. The parking was extra, but in an inner courtyard behind a barrier and the price was very reasonable as well. The Pilsner beer along with water in the room was a very appreciated Czech gesture! The ice box for it worked fine as well.

The TV didn't work at the beginning, but they promised to fix it right away. We weren't actually planning to watch it, so we asked them to do it afterwards.

everything was perfect . the lady from reception was very polite and helped us too much while check -in ! we were around 20.00 o’clock there and she was still smiling and trying to to her best !

The room was very beautiful, big and comfortable! Perfect for families with children. There is a wonderful bath and a nice terrace. There is a full organized kitchen and we could have a dinner at home…which is sometimes nice with kids.

The location is central and near a big shopping mall (that is a big advantage), not exactly in the nice little street of the center…but still ok.

Nice rooms close to city center

stayed in apartments Q1 2023, clean nice renovated rooms, convenient online checkin and nice that you have a code instrad of keys. Breakfast is good with wide choice.

A nice place to stay in a great town to visit

I had never stayed in this part of Pilsen before, but I would do so again. The price for a stay with breakfast was unbeatable and the room I had was big enough for me, it was quiet (I slept really well) and the people working there that I met at breakfast this morning was very friendly and didn't laugh too much at my attempts to speak Czech.

I got eight (8) emails from the hotel in the 24 hours before my arrival - it was an automatic system, but I found it a little annoying.

Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Parking in the yard even with possibility to charge plug in hybrid car for free was nice. Breakfast was also good.

It was very cold weather, around minus 10, and I requested in advance room to be warm, but it wasn't really the case. However staff ensured me they did what they could. Also in years I've spent on the hotels around the world, I've never seen that toilet door wouldn't have any ratchet to close them, so it felt like doing a need in the kitchen.. Some details could be improved.

Location, cleanliness, kettle in the room

The room actually looked worse then on the pictures and most of the things there didn't work. There was no hot water, windows blinds were thin, windows shutters didn't work at all, even the light bulb in the corridor was not working. And we couldn't even get any help because we came late when the reception was already closed. On top of that, the walls were so thin that we heard somebody snoring at night. We wanted to watch the tv while other neighbors' tvs were keeping us from sleep but guess what, our tv was not working. When we said about all these things to the reception in the morning we got no compensation whatsoever. Instead of writing welcome letters to the hosts better try actually spending the night in the room.

Very clean hotel and room, good value for moeny paid

pillows were old and not very comfortable, on the third floor we could see a lot of light from a lamp outside and no proper curtains were in the room. It would be nice to have more TV channels in English, currently, only czech and german ones are available.
