Estancia cómoda para un buen fin de semana

Costo beneficio ok y limpieza muy bien

Que a la HR de check out no nos dieron opción de quedarnos en las sombrillas de la playa, es algo q en todos los hoteles me habían ofrecido y este fue la excepción, no les quita nada ya que solo íbamos a estar un par de horas más en la playa.

La ubicación es lo más rescatable de este lugar

El check in es 4 p.m. y llegamos antes por lo cual hacen hincapié en esperar a las 4 p.m. y al final nos entregaron la habitación a las 5 pm. El teléfono de la habitación no servía, en la zona de alberca pedí me cambiaran las toallas húmedas por unas secas y se negaron. Mal en general

El horario de las albercas, me hubiera gustado que al menos dejaran los camastros por más tiempo, para poder disfrutar de ese espacio.

Couldn't be more disappointed.

The overall location was ok. It was also convenient that it was next to a sanborns; we were able to grab a quick bite to eat since we were in a hurry.

We were there for a wedding; the room was rented for a bride; I had mentioned this at check in and they told me to also tell thw front desk the following morning. The next day they were refusing to work with us as we had agreed the night before. The bride had to get involved to speak with them until they finally fave us the go ahead. When we actually go to the room it was filthy. There were hairs all over the bathroom sink and the room floor. There was smeared lipstick all over the bathroom sink. The table in the room still had dry food stuck to it and the sheets were all stained. We let the cleaning department know and it was followed by a bunch of screaming from coworker to another. The price was ok, but the overall experience was really bad. The room was dirty and the staff were less than friendly. I'd stay somewhere else. I don't care how 'affordable' it was.

Never as pictures show, kids club always closed, check in was supposed to be at 4, arrived at 3 and got a room until 6 (

Never as pictures show, kids club always closed, check in was supposed to be at 4, arrived at 3 and got a room until 6 (I was traveling with two kids and that was a rough start plus entrance without air conditioned).. 3 elevators, 1 was always broken and the others on some floors had to be helped to open… property in really bad shape, elevator didn’t get to the pool, beach or restaurant, so we had to carry the stroller every time almost 40 steps without any staff help.. 0 eco friendly, lot of plastic spend covering silverware, towels washed daily…

The staff at the front desk and bell boys are really helpful and kind. The location and the beach front very good and comfortable.

The one elevator were out of service, two are insufficient and one of those two didn't work well from Monday to Thursday. We didn't have towels at the room, so we had to ask for them every day and they took 2 hours to delivered them!!!! We lack of toilet paper and we were 3 persons in one room, so, imagine the inconvenience of asking for toilet paper and towels....a nightmare!!!!!! Also the air conditioning didn't work out as it was supposed to, the shower is in bad shape and so are the lamps in te room. So to the owners I will recommend to take care of your business and invest money updating your hotel. Is a shame to expect a nice play and get the other way around. Also, the staff didn't asked the customers to use mask every time, some people didn't wear one at the elevator (just to give an example) And one more thing, hotel should reward the boys that work at the beach front as waiters (not hotel property) whom saved 3 persons from drowning in the sea!!! During our staying. They did it because they care and are always aware of the tourists, the life guard from the hotel didn't make the effort to save any one.
