The view was the best part of the room. There are a few different locations to enjoy a relatively quiet sunrise from different levels of the hotel. It was nice to be in a place to go walk into the water. Be careful while on the rocks though! The staff was helpful and nice.
My friend bought sheets and towels as the ones in the room were dirty even when provided as clean. There were bugs that came in under the doors. The selection of food items was low, but there is a restaurant on the main road and many in town that were accommodating.

It had a beautiful view. The room and bed were comfortable. I loved that they accepted my pets. There were 3 pools. All of the staff, except for one, were really nice and wonderful. Breakfast was pleasant.
Initially, they tried to put me in a room that was down a very steep incline. With my health issues, there was no way I could stay there. So then, they tried to charge me an extra 4,000 pesos.
The manager was rude, for absolutely no reason. She would just ignore guests, and watch videos. She would ignore me when I spoke to her.
There was a wasp nest outside of the “cabanas”.
The stairs down to the beach were unsafe - some missing; some railings missing.
Once, when I took a shower, the water shut off halfway. So I had to sit in my towel for about 20 minutes, so I could rinse off.

The staff was friendly would go out of there way to help you with your needs or direct you to a destination they are very loyal to the hotel verry professional and humble people.
Everything was great up untill I did check in with the property manager like other reviews have mention that there is a particular person with attitude, rude and puts people down but maybe it's her way of being that we take things the bad way I mentioned it to her letting her know about her attitude and the way she is and how it makes the guest feel..... The OWNER NEEDS TO BE MORE INVOLVED in the costumers reviews he does REALLY NEED to get more involved in his property and not Just trust his property manager. He needs to get hands on......

The views were magnificent, we were able to be lucky enough to spot Humpback Whales, which is a very rare sight....
Unfortunately the hotel is very ran down, they are very unorganized, they had ran out of food one evening, we had to order pizza...lots of cats which made the hotel smell of cat urine...Beds in the cabin were dirty...

View and access to the sea
Payment online was a nightmare. Microwave was missing on the room. Air conditioner was very old we couldn't set temperature it was on and off only.

Nice view, perfect terrace for wales and dolphins watching during our visit in late Dezember.
Very animal friendly hotel . Elevator was not working. Beach from hotel accessibel, but rough sea . Watch sea urchins. Swimming difficult but possible preferable with mask. Quiet beach with rocks and clean water online 15 Minuten from central acapulco.

I loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff are extremely welcoming, kind and warm. The rooms are kept really clean, there's great WIFI and aircon, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's really safe and in a lovely, quiet area. You can fall asleep (on the super comfy beds) listening to the waves crashing against the rocks. The owner Enrique speaks fluent English (better than I do, probably), and nothing is too much trouble for him. Enrique and the manager Selene are incredibly responsive and quick to reply to all and any queries and are happy to arrange or help you with anything you need.
There's a magical little stone step walkway that winds down to the rocky beach, and when you're down there, it's a fab area to explore, hike or sit and take in the scenery. They're incredibly animal friendly, which is a big bonus, and there are hot water showers (a big plus in this region!!) The decor is what Californians would call "shabby chic," which I love--it has real character.
I lived in Acapulco for a year but wanted something a little more tranquil when I came back to visit. So happy I found Donde El Mira, I felt like Goldilocks..... everything was just right. You can walk just up the road and jump a bus for ten pesos (they come every five minutes or so) into Acapulco or walk into the main area of Pie de la Cuesta in fifteen minutes.
Thankfully, there's now Rappi in Acapulco, so you can get any groceries, meals etc., that you want or need to be delivered STAT. The hotel's restaurant is great, and there's a Soriana Express within walking distance (you can also order delivery from there online--as well as Chedraui and Walmart).
If you're looking for the Four Seasons, then go there, and pay the price (although, unfortunately for you, there isn't one in Acapulco, so......

The view is incredible and the hotel's design and location is over the top. We also liked how quiet it is, after travelling from the busy downtown of Acapulco.
We didn't really understand how to order breakfast, or what was on the menu, but we are not big breakfast-people anyway. At the same time, it is charming that the breakfast arrangements are quite ad hoc.

Needs repairs .elevator doesn't work, roads leading to property is horrible, have to pay for taxi getting around the town .pools need maintenance and better cleaning .rooms needs renovation

One of the greatest views in Acapulco, the room was really good.
Maintenance: They need to invest in the facilities, it’s a good spot with one of the greatest views in Acapulco, but the buildings are very neglected and dirty.

The view is amazing, you can see the sea in your room.
Everything is old, it was clean but the mattress was broken, they didn't give me any towel, the pipe smell was the worst, there is no safe way to access the natural pool they promote and it is contaminated. The 3 pools of the hotel were very dirty.

They had the best view for the best price all from the comfort of our room and breakfast was delicious (accompanied with that beautiful view). Vexatious pool to choose from and they had of parking on site. Will be coming back again!
The door to our RooM was a little rusty, as one would expect since our room was facigg Nd outside so we can have the view of the ocean, we just had difficulty closing the door but the staff was very helpful with the door.

The view.
The stairs are slippery and my wife ended in the Hospital for a day after falling.
