Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut (Auswahl und Qualität). Der sehr große beheizte Innenpool hat die beiden Tage mit schlechtem Wetter gerettet.
Uns hat nichts nicht gefallen

Spa was amazing, food was spectacular, and the staff were genuinely caring to our needs.

We joined a couple of friends who had stayed at this hotel twice before.
It’s a very large traditional style hotel. Very family friendly.
We were possibly expecting something a little more upmarket.
Stayed in a South room but didn’t think it was worth the money for the extra space we didn’t use. Only there for 3 nights.
Breakfast was a good selection.
The dinners (we were on a half board basis) were a little bit hit and miss. One day none of the choices for the main were what we would have chosen. But overall the food was ample and good quality.
All the staff were very friendly.
The price! But presumably this is the going rate for the area.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa area is fantastic, the pool was great and the herbal tea was a nice touch. I received a few spa treatments and Resi was absolutely lovely. The people at the front desk were very helpful and there was always someone to answer our questions. We rented e-mountainbikes for a day and it was lovely. The food was the best part of the stay. I would highly recommend doing the half-board, as the food was delicious all 4 days that we stayed. Breakfast buffet is also awesome, with the omelette station and cold cuts and cheese station, along with the possibility to make fresh juice. We will definitely try to go back in the future, it was so relaxing.
At first I thought the pillow I had was a bit too soft, but I was able to get a firmer replacement at the reception upon request. It would be nice to be able to grab new towels at the pool (Maybe we can and I just didn't see it.)

The food was excellent, the rooms were amazing both for size and comfort. It was great to be able to use the pool which was substantial in size . The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
Nothing. It was all outstanding.

Lovely hotel! Amazing breakfast, great location and views directly of the mountains, plus and lovely staff with a very good spa. My mum and I both had two treatments each at the spa and they were both excellent. The hotel is situated very near the cable car lift for skiing, walks, toboganning etc.
The beds could have been a little bigger but other than that, nothing to improve.

Overall ambiance of the hotel was very warm and welcoming.
Restaurant offered fine dining.Breakfast was above my expectations with fresh charcuterie area.
Spa and wellness area were very relaxing and comfortable.
I would expect the water in the room as a welcome drink and not to be charged. Some tea bags and kettle would make guests of bigger rooms with coach feel more at home.

This was just a perfect five day vacation, what a hotel, what a location, wow.
The Wiesenhof is just perfectly located in Pertisau, just a short walk to the Karwendelbergbahn or the Achensee. I did a lot of hiking during the week, and really enjoyed the gorgeous pool & spa area. The big pool is simply outstanding. The hotel was fully booked towards the end of the week, but even then the spa was still big enough, it never felt crowded, the Sauna is quite large.
I really liked how welcoming and helpful the staff is, at all times. I forgot to pack some pants, the owner Hansi immediately helped me out with some of his own, no problem. I could even do a free Covid-19 test (which I needed due to the re-entry regulations) without a hassle in the hotel.
I really have to point out the excellent breakfast and dinner, which was above and beyond what I would expect for the price. For breakfast they offered nice specials changing every day, free fresh orange juice as much as you like, and regional cheese, bacon and sausages, and of course omelette, eggs, etc you can order. The full-course dinner was always exceptional: don't expect the usual here, but star-like excellence.
The whole atmosphere in the hotel is really relaxed and casual. I felt extremely well and would definitely book again.
WiFi in my room was often poor. The bar had to close at 10pm, but due to Covid-19 regulations. Apart from this, I cannot think of anything else which I didn't like.

Everything was clean, services, room, meal is on the level of four star hotel, the hotel is situated in a quiet part of Pertisau, little bit far from the lake (but finally it was advantage for me because the promenade is noisy) Hotel doesn’t have any private place with acces to the lake, be carefull if you want to swim in the lake, because the acces from the public place is too complicated.
The garden with sunbeds and a mountain view is amazing for relax, the pool is indoor, but it is situated in a “glass hall” with acces to the garden and big windows which are opened in sunny weather and closed in rainy and cold weather, so you can stay by the pool regardles the weather
Dinners were delicious, very good prepared, but it was International food, the same you can have in good hotel wherever in the world, I missed local meal, when tyrolian cusine is so delicious.
Cleaning the pool area during it´s opening hours, when the guests are lying by the pool, want to relax and the pool area is cleaning very slowly with noisy machine.
