Very good

Location is around 25 min walk from the actual port (where the ferry drops you) Very close to the castle and a lots of restaurants etc. Room could do with a little updating, view from balcony was lovely/

We left our house keys in the drawer which we didn't discover until later. Would have been great if they could have let us know when room was cleaned but apparently their policy is not inform customers until they contact 1st.

A Delightful experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nicoletta, Leuca, and Francesco at the front desk. Patrizia gave me a delicious cake recipe from their breakfast buffet, and was very kind. Enzo was attentive at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with many good selections. We had a beautiful view from our balcony of the water, and the castle. We would definitely return.

Lovely dependable hotel in Ischia Ponte near to the hotel. Great public transport to port.

The staff were lovely, warm and friendly, helped recommend places to visit and were very kind. They really stood out, and it felt like a really nice family run hotel. (Though it turned out everyone is really warm and friendly in Ischia!) Room was cleaned well daily. Breakfast was fine. I slept right through every night as the hotel was nice and quiet. Had a great seaview balcony. Enjoyed the location and used the regular no. 7 bus to & from the port.

the hotel was just across the street from the bus that brings you from the Harbor. It had a large rooftop patio with comfortable chairs and couches with a lovely view of the ocean. There was a sandy clean beach half a block down the street

Great location and good value for money

Amazing sun terrace with a view of the sea. Great location, close to beaches and restaurants. 25 minute walk to the port. Great hosts and staff

No lift. Fridge in the room did not work. No electric outlets to charge phones etc.

A great spot for a feed days!

Great location. Close to the castle and a good base for exploring. The roof top deck was perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Staff were all very pleasant.

It was a little noisy inside but this was mostly due to inconsiderate guests.

Exceptional

The location is great, plenty to see or do nearby. Lido, food, shopping or castello Aragonese all within minutes walking. The hotel is nice and staff were helpful. The room was small but to be expected for the great rate. Breakfast the same. Well prepared and clean, just a know it's the essentials. Coffee and juices, a few pastries, hard boiled eggs, a few meats and cheeses. Typical for the area and appreciated! So if you're looking for solid accommodations at a reasonable rate, this is a great choice.

The single room is insanely loud. You can hear people going to the bathroom through the walls. Bring ear plugs.

Superb

Good location, close to shops&restaurants, Aragonese castle. Bus stop and supermarket - just outside the hotel. The nice Miramare beach (free) - 3 min walk. Bus no. 7 to the port/bus station - ~ every 20 minutes, takes ~5-7 min. Breakfast - simple, but very tasty. They have a terrace - Solarium, with chairs, tables and ... shower😉 Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning working very well. Basic rooms not large, but if you don't have a large luggage, then its ok.

Great location and price

Great location. Lovely balcony where we could see the sea and all the activity in the street below. Room was nice and quiet. Hotel is within easy walking of shops and restaurants and the castle. Breakfast was ok, a bit more variety would be good.

The coffee machine coffee wasnt great but we used our own and our own teabags. The hotel didnt have an iron we could use.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the castle, where you can also find good shops and restaurants. You can get to the port in less than 30m walking or take a bus. They have a nice rooftop terrace to relax in with views of the sea and castle. The hotel is tastefully decorated, and everyone of the staff was sooooo nice to me!!! Pricing was very reasonable.

Very nice stay

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect : 5 min to the castle. The bus 7 stops just in front of the hotel. The solarium and the breakfast are nice. The staff is adorable. I recommend

Very nice staff, excellent location, delicious breakfast.

Excellent location, rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. Very nice breakfast. But the best part was the front desk clerk Nicoletta, who went above and beyond to help me when l lost my phone during my visit. She was wonderful, and actually managed to facilitate me getting it back. I will not stay anywhere else but Hotel Noris when I return to Ischia.

Disappointing

Its location is very convenient. Close to the port and the Castle, taxi boats are available from the beach nearby, and there is a bus station close by. It is a good location for a short stay to make the most of it. The breakfast was alright, too, especially the homemade granola. The room had a spacious terrace.

The room overall was uncomfortable. Even though it was facing the courtyard, the sound insulation was very poor and I did not sleep well. The room was on the ground floor next to the entry hall, so we heard many people come in. The door also let in a lot of light. The doors open in a very noisy manner with old key holes, which also woke me up. The bathroom’s ventilation was making a very loud noise (like a motor) and did not seem to work. The shower door did not close completely, the shower shelf always got inundated with water. The bed sheets had strange stains on them. The towels looked extremely old and had a strange strong smell. There were not enough outlets in the room for two people to charge their phones, so one of us had to use the bathroom outlet. Overall, the room looks very used and would benefit from a refurbishment.

The hotel is very nice. It´s in the heart of Ischia Ponte, just about 100 metres from the beach. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel with the bus of which you can get to Ischia Porto very fast (That´s why I recommend to buy a 3 day/7 day ticket if you´re planning to stay longer and you wish to visit more places). I was alone so I got a single room which was very small, just for a bed to fit. There was also a wardrobe where I could put my clothes. No space for a table nor a chair but they were on a small balcony which was overlooking the sea. There was a fridge inside the room which is very practical and the aircon was great. The room was cooled down very quickly. The wifi was also very fast and I was able to watch movies online. Regarding the bathroom - it was quite big but the shower had a curtain and if you are not careful enough, there´s water inside the bathroom all over the place. Also the curtain was glued on my body during the shower - not very comfortable and it would need some refurbishment. The walls need repainting too because they were pretty dirty but I didn´t mind. The bed - ow! It was too small and stuck on the wall so it wasn´t comfortable at all and the mattress was terrible. It was too thin and I could feel the springs inside and I woke up during every night several times just because of this. The street which is just under the windows of the hotel is quite noisy but once you close the windows, it´s fine. Breakfast! Very simple but because I don´t mind having the same kind of juice, croissant with jam and toasted bread with cheese and ham every day I was satisfied. There was also some fruit to choose from, pancakes and different kinds of cakes for breakfast. Some cereals and white yoghurts. The walls are quite thin, too so you can hear your neighbours as well as anyone moving through the hotel corridors.
