Una vera coccola

In generale tutto! Posizione ottima, stanza come da foto ampia e pulita, struttura ben tenuta e con tutti i servizi per una vacanza rilassante. Colazione spaziale! Ricco buffet sia dolce che salato e chef che preparava alcuni piatti al momento. Purtroppo non abbiamo provato il ristorante dell'albergo.

Unica pecca forse il parcheggio che dispone di troppi pochi posti auto. Però abbiamo trovato un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze.

Nice but not overwhelmed.

Breakfast was nice but slightly limited. Quality was good.

Sound isolation between rooms was fairly non-existent. Could hear the TV and people going up and down their stairs in the next door suite. Being charged 10 euros for a cot was nothing I’ve seen from a hotel before. Parking was a little convoluted with a fob and a long walk away and very tight parking spaces.

Nice and Classy Hotel in a Great Location with some flaws.

1) The hotel location is perfect, the architecture and decoration of the building is classy! 2) The breakfast was excellent!

1) No Safety Deposit Box in the Room 2) The spa internal heated pool was much less warm than it should be, it is supposed to be the nicest equipment of the spa but it wasn't! 3) To have a guaranteed parking space you have to pay an extra EUR$10/day.

Super toll, sind treue Stammgäste

Super Frühstück, freundliches Personal, zum Glück ganz wenig Kinder, schöner Sauna und Poolbereich, wunderbares Ambiente.

Parkplatzsituation, es sind nicht genug für alle Gäste da und wer nicht zeitig genug da ist muss 5€ auf einem separaten Platz zahlen pro Nacht, das finde ich nicht fair.

Sehr gut

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bad einfach wow. Wir hatten eine große Regen Dusche drin. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Auch mit den Massagen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Die Parkplätze sind ein paar Straßen weiter in einen Parkhaus.

Typisches Grandhotel

Unser erster "quasi Testbesuch" des Liberty wurde bereits beim Empfang von einer etwas überheblichen, nahezu übelgelaunten "Rezeptionschefin" getrübt. Im weiteren Verlauf unseres Aufenthalts konnten jedoch die anderen Hotelmitarbeiter den ersten Eindruck durch ihr freundliches und hilfsbereites Verhalten wieder nahezu ausgleichen, wobei besonders die jüngeren Angestellten an der Rezeption stets ein Lächeln für uns hatten und uns immer wieder mit Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt aushalfen. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und entsprachen dem erwarteten Standard, auch das umfangreiche Frühstück entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Unglücklich waren Bauarbeiten an der Aussenanlage, weshalb die ohnehin sehr engen Parkmöglichkeiten zusätzlich eingeschränkt wurden und unser Auto zunächst gegen Gebühr auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden musste.

Oasi di relax

Molto pulito e davvero molto carina la zona benessere, sebbene me la aspettassi più grande. Per utilizzare sauna/bagno turco, è necessario aspettare in fila ma non troppo tempo, dipende da quante persone ci sono. La colazione eccellente e lo staff sempre gentile e sorridente.

È una struttura molto bella, ma ci sono alcuni dettagli che cozzano tra di loro. Capisco lo stile liberty, ma eliminerei la moquette dai corridoi che è piena di macchie oppure la sostituirei. La stanza me la aspettavo un po' più spaziosa invece era abbastanza claustrofobica. Inoltre il ripiano del bagno sotto il lavello era rotto e in pendenza. Al contrario di altri 4 stelle in cui sono stata, non vi sono in camera accappatoi, le ciabattine né il kit bagno (spazzolino, dentifricio e pettine). Piccole cose che secondo me farebbero la differenza ma che comunque non lo svalutano troppo.

Genialer Aufenthalt, hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen

Das Hotel war toll, leider hatten wir für den Wellnessbereich keine Badeanzüge dabei. Aber es sah dort sehr gut aus. Der Fitnessraum wurde von uns genutzt. Die Lage zum Zentrum isst perfekt. Das Frühsstücksbuffet war reichlich mit sehr guter Auswahl. Wir kommen wieder. Danke

Wonderful.

Breakfast was great. Pools were both a little small, but it was nice to have two. Great location, friendly staff. Riva del Garda is a magical place.

I got several mosquito bites when in the hotel lobby/bar, perhaps the hotel could do something about this? Perhaps spray something? Also we had supper at the hotel restaurant one night but it was pricey and not really that tasty. There are better restaurants in the town which are less expensive. The wines at the bar and the bar snacks were great however.

beautiful old world hotel

Grand Liberty is a beautiful old world hotel with modern facilities and rooms. we really loved our stay here. the staff were incredibly helpful with anything also. the breakfast is excellent.

not a dislike but just a recommendation to book into the spa early (before your trip) as we were unable to get in any days we were there.

Disappointing On arrival, bedroom small but doors hanging off on wardrobe. Complained and fixed within a few hours.
