Pięknie położony hotel - baseny i ogród w widokiem na gory. Polecam do odpoczynku

Dwa świetne baseny, jeden wewnętrzny. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów w hotelu- bezpłatnie. Położenie w pięknym ogrodzie- winnicy. Cudny widok na góry. Miejsce w stylu slow, dobre do złapania spokoju. Na miejscu działa bar z całkiem dobrą ofertą. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma, na wysokim poziomie.

W pokoju brak czajnika i możliwości zrobienia herbaty.

Meravigliosi due giorni sul lago di Garda

Colazione è stata ottima. Sistemazione in camera è stata molto confortevole e piacevole. La piscina in ambiente pulito e piacevole.

Purtroppo in questi giorni c'è un grande cantiere proprio limitrofo che stona un pochino con il paesaggio....ma sicuramente è temporaneo. Poco male.

Dobra lokalizacja, miła obsługa, przestronny parking, znakomita baza wypadowa do innych miasteczek położonych nad jeziorem. Polecam!

Staff was very friendly, great pool, great breakfast, good location.

This was the second time in a short time that we stayed at hotel Al Maso. The first time we were very satisfied with the room. This time we were a bit disappointed. It was a room with really deferred maintenance.

Overpriced old rooms and lots of extra costs

Breakfast menus, friendly staff at the bar

Price per night was too high for these old rooms and many things (parking, pool towels, breakfast) come with extra costs.

Love everything

I enjoyed my stay so much, the room was nice and clean same as in the picture. The bathroom was bing and tidy. The hotel staffs were very attentive and friendly. Love the wine yard surrounding and Lidl is close to hotel as well

Exceptional

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The people were absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. Everything about this hotel is actually perfect. The people are kind and thoughtful, the facilities are clean and accessible, and the location is beautiful; tucked away in a quiet area, but conveniently close to downtown. One of my favorite parts was the bikes you can rent for free! Just leave a deposit and pick it up when you return. The hotel is in a wonderful location because its an easy, flat, bike ride away from the quaint town of Arco, which is definitely worth a visit. I really hope to return here in the future and see everyone again. Thank you for a lovely time in Riva!!

It was Ok

The pool was very nice and the area. Some of the staff were very helpful

We were a group of people and missed not having a bar with some selection and open until 10pm. Few bars nearby. (The hotel has a small bar open until 8.30) We rented an expensive bike that we were told to watch at all times. Not a solid storage for bikes and not able to charge many electric bikes in the facilities offered. Was disappointing because I asked about locked bike storage before I arrived

Nice parking outside the hotel, which is located in a quite place with Lidl nearby.

The room had too much air refresher spilled in the room, that it took couple of hours just to make the room breathable. In the beginning we felt like there was nothing to breathe

Relaxing by the pool & biking in vinyards

Lovely vinyard with pool, yet close to the city (Riva). Quiet place for relaxation and trips to the mountains or lakes. E-bikes for rent available. Multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

Rooms could have kettle and glasses, maybe water as well. Bikes could be cheaper (rental of electric ones).

Passable but not for a luxury stay by any means.

The location was exactly what we wanted. Walkable to the town and lake with free easy accessible parking. Stunning views of the mountains surrounding lake Garda.

The outside pool could have been cleaned. It was early in the season and it was clearly still left unattended all winter. The state of the carpets in the 'redeveloped' wing was awful. They were shabby and worn out. The beds were cheap and hard. No kettle in the room - it needed hired for 5 euro a day!

Great value for money (low-season), friendly staff

We went here in mid-winter in January, so that means that it was completely off-season. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the city center but has met all f my expectations - good value for money and super comfy. The breakfast is good as well, although it is somehow unonvnient that you need to choose between a "sweet" (croissant, chocolate & jam) breakfast plan or "cheese & sandwiches" (which i do recommend) and other options, Still great value for money.

Nothing to complain about. The pool might be a bit cold for some peope. I only went in for a quick swim.
