We stayed here for a week with our two grown up children and what a lovely time we had. Our two bed, two bathroom apartment (Isola Polvese )was spotlessly clean offering good quality air con in both bedrooms and the living area ( this deserves a 10/10 alone .)There was a lovely terrace with plenty of shade and wonderful views. We had the use of two swimming pools which were never very busy ( assumed other guests, like ourselves were sightseeing much of the day.) The perfect accommodation for visiting local hilltop villages and towns. You must take a walk into the local village of Paciano. Also take the short drive to the stunning little hill top town of Panicale with its views, restaurants and action packed square.
We toured around the wonderful lake Trasimeno and spent a day or two on its swimming beaches and just relaxing with the locals . Highly recommend this area as it’s so beautiful and quiet .
Maybe a toaster in the kitchen (us Brits like our morning toast)

The properly had pretty much everything we needed. It was gorgeous inside and outside and located in a peaceful area. It was spacious for a studio and the pull out sofa was a life saver! Immediately made ourselves feel at home. Host was lovely as well.
There's no microwave which made things a teensy bit harder. Wasn't stocked up on toilet paper and could've had bigger mugs for coffee etc. Could be slightly more cleaner. Unfortunately dealt with a lot of bugs which, not surprising but was a downer. Lastly, it would be appreciated for anyone else to have details of amenities nearby written in English as we were given a sheet we couldn't understand.
