It was good overall and we enjoyed our stay there

I loved the location. Ideally located to the town and where we needed to be. Staff were accommodating.

More variety in breakfast. Rooms and bathroom needs to be updated. I wished the restaurant was fully operational for lunch and dinners.

Very pleasant stay and staff well trained.

Tidy and clean. The team was polite and acted professionally and was prompt to suggest any other solutions to accommodate our requests.

Superb

Location is perfect besides a park and walking distance to shopping and dining. Parking free inside the gate. Well lit at night. The A/C is cold!

Breakfast not included in rate. Price higher than other nearby locations. If the small parking lot is full, have to pay for street or lot parking hopefully nearby.

Great hotel, highly recommended.

Comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. Room was clean and facilities excellent. Very helpful staff. The hotel went out of its way to be helpful for guests attending a major concert outside the city..

The room was clean. It's close to the city center.

The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast times at the weekend are different from during the week (which was not communicated), so if you leave before 7am you cannot have breakfast. The overpaid breakfast was not refunded (13€). The minibar is a joke. The staff was generally rather clumsy (and sometimes unfriendly). I would not stay here again.

Great location and friendly personell.

All personnel was helpful and smiling. I loved the convenience of the outside parking and the hotel's positioning. The Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, again with a lot of support from the personnel gave an overall great feeling.

I didn't particularly appreciate that the room was rather dark and looked worn out. The view of the park outside was spoiled by the fact, that park was full of strange individuals and local gangs evoking rather unsafe surroundings. Outside parking was great convenience but it was very unpleasant when I found my car in the morning of my travels blessed with a huge amount of birds excrement. I wish it would be somehow protected or there would be a possibility to clean rough dirt on the spot.

Central, parking available, staff is nice, and it has a 24h reception.

Room temperature stuck at unreasonably high temp. More than half gym equipment was off or non functional. Bad shower head.

Helpful friendly staff and a perfect central location

Superb location, ideal for a stroll into the old town. The staff we every pleasant helpful and efficient. The young guy on reception booked a brilliant local restaurant run by a couple who were welcoming and provided a great meal. I recommend Trattoria Sipario. it was raining when we checked out and the hotel staff took our bags to the covered car park to Thank you

I may of moved if staying longer than one night.

I had no idea the restaurant and bar where closed. Shower was not regulating the hot and cold water.

Excellent location to explore Reggio Emilia

The hotel is in the city centre, just a few steps away from the main attractions of Reggio Emilia and 15-minutes away from the main train station. Also, there are nice restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of cakes and croissants, and some options for those who like continental breakfast. Staff were friendly

The mattress was a little uncomfortable. Also, despite a big bathroom, the shower was tiny

lovely place, stay here for the location + food (restaurant)

great location, good parking facilities, amazing amazing amazing restaurant attached to the hotel by a well known Italian chef and the staff were super friendly

rooms are dated and due to the current lack of water in the region, there are issues flushing the toilet, and there’s no warm water for your shower. there were also 2x blackouts during our stay
