Bene ma.... peccato il quartiere

È in una Posizione strategica perché vicino alla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti dal centro di Reggio Emilia. Ottima qualità prezzo. Colazione buona e disponibile con 5 € in più. Personale disponibile.

Tutto bene fino a quando resti in hotel, prima di uscire devi dire una preghiera e sperare di non aver nessun incontro con gli abitanti che popolano la stazione e le vie limitrofe.

Ottima struttura , colazione spettacolare , stanze super pulite , ambiente famigliare.

Purtroppo la zona fuori essendo vicino la stazione nn è delle migliori ma c’è un discreto controllo delle forze dell ordine.

Ubicación cercana a la estación de tren, pero para llegar hay que pasar a través de grupos de personas que venden hachis y no dan una buena impresión (caminaba por ahí con miedo). La habitación single es pequeña. El baño no estaba bien cuidado, con un olor intenso desagradable. El personal cumple, no es amigable.

Everything was just fine, except the awful location.

Really nice hotel, breakfast was quite fine and the staff was friendly. For the price it was fine.

The location was terrible, we didn’t feel very safe leaving the hotel building.

Right outside train station, 24 hour desk, own bathroom, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, aircon. Definitely to be recommended.

Aircon was not easy to operate. Hotel only opens for bookings about a month in advance...not sure why!

Just across the road from the train station

Smart refurbishment of a block just across the road from the train station, a couple of minutes walk away. My room was smart, clean and comfortable.

The downside of the location is that it's not the smartest of areas - there were always a lot of people hanging around throughout the day and it was noisy on Saturday night.

It is close to the train station.

Sustained an injury due to a sharp edged low step into the bathroom. Little concern shown when reported. Surrounding area poor, litter in front of the entrance. Poor breakfast - cold cappuccino. Silly open-ended shower, but insufficient in length so water covered bathroom floor and wet / discoloured the curtains at the window. Uncomfortable bed. Seats ripped in the lounge area. Dirty entrance carpet. Noisy at night within the hotel.

would recommend for people visiting Reggio Emilia

great location, right outside train station and close to town. Room was very tidy and good size.

weird smell from drains and there were lots of people loitering outside the hotel so that was a bit scary but overall not a huge turn off. one problem was we asked for twin beds but got a double bed, not a huge deal but not what we had asked for.

A place near the train station.

The bathroom reaked of smoke and the water smelled like sewer. Bathroom door could not close. The duvet had cigarette burn marks and the linen had stains also.

The receptionists were really nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is really great

Not the hotels fault, theres a lot of loiterers around the train station and near the front door. The hotel felt very safe though

Great location for the train station and quite a good location for the city centre - just a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a place for storing luggage on the day of departure, which we found very helpful.

Excellent location for the station and access to the old town. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good communication prior to arrival, answering questions and helping to book restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good value for money.

The area directly around the hotel is not the best, but once inside the hotel is great. During August a lot of the local restaurants were closed for their holidays.

A good hotel with the most convenient location

The breakfast was great for the price (5€). The location of the hotel is the most convenient, just across the street from the railway station. The room was clean, spacious enough and equipped with air conditioning.

Good stay

The hotel in right in front of the central station ("Reggio Emilia", not "Reggio Emilia AV" which is a few KMs away), and this was the main reason why I chose it (I had to catch a train in the morning and needed to work before that). The hotel is simple, not fancy, but spotless clean (the room, the wardrobe, the bathroom, the bed mattress, etc.) and comfortable. Rooms are equipped with WiFi, TV (with a Netflix account, although I had not turned it on), a fridge with drinks and a few snacks (with a price list on the desk). 500 ml of water was a complimentary offer. The breakfast (+5 euros) was quite solid too (a few salami and cheese, nice pastries, jams, cookies, yogurts, juices, fruit), and the price I paid (around 60 euros for a quite large double room + 5 euros for the breakfast) fair for the offer.
