ambiente rilassante e pulito, consigliato

posizione vicino alla stazione Porta Nuova quindi comodissimo perchè avevamo il treno nel pomeriggio e abbiamo potuto aspettare in un giardino relax. Colazione buona, abbondante e varia. La stanza era enorme con divano e scrittoio anche se un po' retro', ma con tutti i confort . Nel bagno era presente il necessaire per la doccia

e' un po' retro' ma ha un suo fascino.

Everyone was kind and fine with us. Recommended for visit Turin!

Staff and facilities were amazing, and everything was clean.

Late night walks nearby the Torino Porta Nuova station are a little bit creepy due to homeless ad junkies in the area, but not a big deal.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon emplacement près de tous les lieux de visite du centre ville et près de tous les moyens de transport ( bus tram métro train) pour les visites hors de la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et agréable sur la terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel disponible et accueillant.

La douche trop petite et difficile d'accès avec l'eau chaude très longue à venir.

Emplacement parfait, établissement très propre, Excellent petit déjeuner copieux

Une fois de plus il est attribué à l'arrivée une chambre de qualité différente et inférieure à celle pourtant réservée en ligne. Il a donc fallu réclamer. Dommage ! ...

Ottima posizione vicinissimo alla stazione porta nuova. Da e per l’aeroporto c’è il terminal del bus a pochi metri e passa ogni mezz’ora. Nei pressi c’è tutto: ristorante, bar, supermarket. A pochi minuti a piedi dalle grandi attrazioni (le piazze, il museo egizio ecc). La stanza era grande, accogliente e pulita. C’era anche un balcone. Letto grande e comodo. Pavimento in parquet. Bagno in ordine con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Colazione internazionale varia ed abbondante con possibilità di stare in terrazza. Staff gentile e disponibile. Erogatore di acqua a disposizione degli ospiti

Very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Terrific location close to shopping and restaurants. Across the street from the main train station. Large rooms. Tall ceilings with a separate sitting area was very nice. Very good breakfast. The coffee machines in the breakfast room were superb.

Bathtub shower combo didn’t work well. Couldn’t completely shut off water to the shower head.

Disappointing 3 star that should be 2 star

The location & helpful staff, they really tried to accommodate us when we didn't accept the room

We actually decided to find another hotel, even though we'd already paid. The room was old & worn, with very basic beds and bathroom (the towels were practically see-through) - and no aircon. The hotel should really be 2 star at best.

Hotel extremamente bem localizado e excelente custo benefício

O Hotel fica muito bem localizado, bastando atravessar a rua e já estará na estação de trem ou no metrô, além dos pontos de ônibus. Quarto amplo, elevador, confortável, cama boa, chuveiro bom, wifi funciona, café da manhã muito bom com muita opção. Foi uma ótima escolha.

Não tenho do que reclamar.

Ottimo albergo nel cuore di Torino

Ottima posizione nel cuore di Torino, staff disponibile ed estremamente cortese, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in una stanza chiusa, acqua gratis dai distributori ai piani e alla reception, colazione variegata e completa, con prodotti di ottima qualità. Pulizia accurata ovunque e piccoli omaggi graditi in camera e in bagno.

La camera standard presenta un arredamento un po' troppo retrò come il bagno che avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. Non mancava nulla ma gli asciugamani sarebbero da rinnovare così come l'impianto della doccia attualmente senza doccino staccabile. In complesso però sono dettagli che non influiscono su un giudizio complessivamente ottimo.

Ottimo anche per chi si sposta a piedi

Senza dubbio, la posizione è comodissima, che ci si voglia spostare a piedi o con i mezzi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, la camera era pulita e calda (siamo stati lì a dicembre). La colazione era abbondante, a buffet, sia dolce che salata, e proponeva anche prodotti freschi, come estratti e dolci artigianali. Bar accogliente, dall'atmosfera rilassante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Accessibile, dispone di due ascensori e l'entrata non ha scalini. Vicino, ci sono moltissimi ristoranti o bar, raggiungibili anche a piedi (consiglio di prenotare sempre) e negozi di ogni tipo.

Personalmente, non amo la doccia con la tenda, ma è un mio gusto personale.

기차역 바로 앞, 공원을 바라보는 호텔입니다. 지하철 입구가 호텔 문앞에 있습니다. 겉에서 보기보다 안이 더 좋습니다. 천장이 높고 관리가 잘 된 건물이라 전통과 품격이 느껴집니다. 한 가족이 200년인가 운영하고 있다고 하는데 그래서 그런지 고객 응대가 매우 전문적이고 친절하고 빠르게 이뤄졌습니다. 처음 배정 받은 방은 4층 넓은 방인데 앤티크 가구들이 있었고 바닥이 원목인데다가 2인용 소파와 욕조도 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 로비에 물병과 정수기가 있어서 물을 떠다먹을 수 있습니다.

이튿날 묵은 2층 객실은 인터넷 신호가 약했습니다. 바깥 소음도 들렸습니다.

Great location, comfortable and spacious room

The location was excellent - within walking distance of the railway station and the bus service to the airport (without any intrusive noise), and within walking distance of the significant attractions in the city, shopping, and some good eating places. Our room overlooked the park, and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was substantial.

1. Staff interaction ranged from mechanical disinterest to warm engagement. A smile and a bit of attention can make the world of difference to a weary traveller and sadly we didn’t get this on our check in. 2. There is a terrace area where guests can sit and have a drink. In order to get a drink, we had to phone the reception area and were told someone would be up immediately. We waited about 15 minutes but no-one came to get our order. We left, as did some other guests who had been given the same advice. It was a pity because the terrace was comfortable and inviting.

Good location close to station and city center.

Booked a double room, placed me in a single. Went to reception and made no excuses just said that the double had no hot water but its no issue they said we will change your room tomorrow, just keep your bags together... so I had to repack my bags in the morning but the room was not changed, no excuses no did pints...rip off. Next day had dozens of little gnat flies come in through the airco. ...won't book this again.

I loved the location, across the square from airport bus and train station, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. I also loved the free water dispenser in reception and on each floor - hotel very environmentally friendly- no plastic!

A lovely hotel with great location, but let down slightly by the services.

Lovely clean hotel right in the center of Turin with trendy cafes, clothes stores and shops close by, and our large king size room was clean and well maintained.

Our room had no tea or coffee facilities, and the fridge was on but completely empty. The breakfast offered great variety, but the cooked breakfast items were stone cold and there were no staff to complain to. Orange juice and other juices tasted watered down.

Perfectly located near Porta Nuova, taxi rank, rental bikes, La nuova Bottega Guido Gobino, and relatively close to Caffè Fiorio, Piazza San Carlo, Ristorante Marechiaro, among others. Nice, classic bed room with balcony overseeing Gardino Sambuy and Porta Nuova, very good bed, perfect sanitation including toothbrush and toothpaste (!). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended for 1-person, 2-person trips.
