Hotel excepcional a un paso de todo.

Muy bien situado, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Bien restaurado y tranquilo.Habíamos reservado una habitación estándar, pero nos dieron una habitación superior, un apartamento en realidad.

No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Excellent spot to explore the city.

Excellent location, helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean.

The lighting in the bedroom was very dim, would have preferred some better lighting.

Budget stay in historical Turin

Location was in the historic centre of Turin. Well connected by trams and buses to all major attractions in the city. The room was clean but basic. Appreciated the Air con and kettle in the room. The rooms were good value and I would recommend if one is on a budget.

There were no cupboards and very little storage. Had to live out of my suitcase on the floor. The coffee and water were not replaced daily. Towels and sheets changed every 3 days.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Nachts ein bisschen laut, ist aber halt eine große Stadt. Wer damit ein Problem hat, sollte nicht im Zentrum wohnen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Ein bisschen Schrankfläche für Klamotten wäre gut

Great location, clean, nicely designed room. Staff were super friendly and helpful and let us into our room early.

La struttura è nuova e ben pulita si trova in centro a pochi passi dalla Mole . Lo staff è stato cortese e gentile ci ha risolto un piccolo problema immediatamente.

Tutto perfetto!

La struttura è in pieno centro a Torino. Appartamento pulito, attrezzato di ogni confort. È stato un soggiorno perfetto e sicuramente ci ritorneremo ancora.

Bella struttura in posizione centrale.

Posizione ottima per visitare le maggiori attrazioni, camera molto ampia, pulita, accogliente e ben riscaldata. Lo staff ė stato gentilissimo, ė venuto incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta ( ad es. stampa delle carte d imbarco e prenotazione taxi per aereoporto). Zona tranquilla.

Unica pecca: la presenza della vasca da bagno e poca pressione dell acqua (eravamo al 4 piano).

Pleasant and convenient stay.

Location. Silent. Spacious. Friendly staff.

At some point there was a club blasting music really loud, but after an hour they turned it down and it was okay. Fridge was loud, we turned it off at night.

Don't let the outside put you off, inside it's really lovely!

It was clean, spacious, well equiped and very comfortable. The location could not have been better, within walking distance to most of the main sites and shopping areas and it was surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff member was extremely helpful, she told us where and what all the local places of interest were and marked them for us on a map of the city.

We only stayed one night but it was quite noisy, not from the street but other people in the building which is annoying when you have an early start. Getting out of the parking garage was challenging, the gates didn't automatically open and I had to get out of the car and hunt for buttons etc.

Beautiful room in central Turin

Gorgeous room, nice Juliet balcony to the street, lovely spacious bathroom with good toiletries. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Nice coffee in the room. Location was very central and just a short walk into the centre.

Superb

The position is perfect. Just a 15 min walk from the train station and then you find yourself right in the center of Turin. Our appartment was very nice and spacious. Beds are comfy and the bath tub is amazing. Check in was quick and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Great location and good confort

We stayed several time in this residence. The rooms are big and absolutely clean. The location is ideal : few minutes walking to the core of the city Parking either in the residence or in public parling nearby costs around 25€/ day

Lovely customer service and a great location!

Fantastic customer service. The language barrier didn't matter, we were given all the assistance we needed. Having a left luggage lock up was especially useful and a real benefit of the stay. Also being so close to the train station. There was an issue with the hotplate in our room but it didn't really matter. Turin has plenty of places to eat out!

Location

It was not wi fi. The room we received overlook the street. It was terribly noisy 24/7. If you like to sleep with open window - forget it. But with closed window it was noisy. The studio room was big but comfortable only to sleep. If you want to " stay" at home - be ready that the designer didn't mean it .
