Suited the purpose but wouldn’t go back

the location was perfect for a 3 day convention we were attending. Staff were helpful our room was clean but some of our group had problems with theirs and had to leave

Rooms dated. In need of renovation. Toilet seat broken. The sink slow to drain because a bottle top was wedged in the plug hole. some electrical sockets were burnt out and not working. windows wouldn’t shut. 3 hangers to hang clothes.

It can work for a 1-night stay

The location was convenient for my needs, the reception staff was kind and quick at check-in and check-out, bed and pillows as well as the room size

The hotel is a bit dated, however this was not a problem. I didn't like the temperature in the room (too hot), with apparent lack of possibility to control it except by opening the window (as the temperature control seemed broken/not working). The breakfast room was very cold. Breakfast was fair, but the quality of coffee/cappuccino needs improvement.

Very good price vs quality ratio. Comfortable short term stay.

Very nice and comfortable room with TV and many channels. Enough space for 2 people, new equipment, comfortable bed, warm room during winter period. Nice food in hotel.

On shower only warm water worked and therefore it was impossible to take a shower. Could be an issue for longer stay. Rooms require some maintenance works. Water flush was leaking as well.

disappointing with lack of facilities and in need of renovation

location was good for where we needed to get to. some staff were very helpful.

hotel needs some renovation. graffiti on walls and some rooms had a bad cigarette odour. lack of facilities such as safe, kettle etc in rooms. evening restaurant didn’t look appetising.

Good stay and good value

Honestly reading the reviews got me a bit worried, but after I got to my room I wonder what people were complaining about. The rooms are clean and warm, great shower, it was also big enough for working and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, all varieties sweet and salty, freshly made too. Big reception that you can relax or even eat in. Staff were very friendly, I got some take out orders and Amazon deliveries, of which they helped me kept, or handed to my room. Location was a bit awkward but it's next to a bus stop which takes you to Metro Ponte Mammolo or going the other direction to Porta di Roma the biggest mall in the city. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was missing a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so the cleaning lady knocked everyday while we were sleeping. Also the room's temperature was a bit too hot that we had to have the windows open 24/7. The room was also not bright enough, some of the lights weren't working.

Poor

It was very dirty, the elevator smelled really bad. We had ants in our room and bathroom. Air conditioning was very poor and loud. The coffee and vending machines didn't work properly

Put it out of business.

The staff was very kind and helpful.

Filty, from tip to toe. So much that it was Impossible also having a quick shower or a simple coffee for breakfast. Cherry on top, double rooms with "one and a half" sized beds.

Okayish stay.

Staff was very helpful and changed the rooms quickly. I was able to park my car for free at their property.

A.C didn't work. Sometimes the rooms were not clean. I had to change 3 rooms due to several issues.

Just about decent

The parking and the area is good to reach the centre, breakfast is quite good and the lady that serves breakfast is very professional and nice. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.

We were given only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights for a family of 4! I had to ask for more and the young lady at the reception was very rude! She said all you have to do is ask! I have to ask for more toilet paper???? Is it a youth hostel? She should of apologized!!! And at the end we never got the extra toilet paper, we had to buy our own!!!!! The rooms were not made, even if we left the sign out of the door. The toilet didn't flush properly and we found chips on the floor. Air conditioning and wifi not working.
